Audi Fairfield

Purchased an used Q5 from Audi of Fairfield back in November. Overall it was a great experience and very stress less. Prices were somewhat flexible but too much less than the listed price. Had a small problem with the blower motor in the heater unit which they fixed right away and gave a loaner car too.

Super pleased with my «new» (pre-​owned but the car has 16,000 mi on it so I consider it as good as new, I’m sure others wouldn’t) Q5! It was a great deal, it’s absolutely gorgeous, feels and is really safe (most important) and our salesman Jordan was more than patient, very thorough and helpful. I’m suspicious of buying cars and car dealerships in general, but this was a very easy process. Thanks Jordan!

Recently bought a used Audi at the Audi Fairfield. When I picked up the car the car was filthy inside and I didn’t have the car even for 24 hours to have my break pads squeaking loudy and have knocking noise. When I called the dealership to bring my car back, they had it for a week to repair the knocking noise, break pads and check the AC. When buying a car its important to make sure safety issues are fixed before I take the car off the lot. After a week of not having my car, the moment I picked the car up; i had to drop it off the morning after. Nothing in my car was fixed, the breaks where messed up even more and the knocking noise was louder. I had to take a day off yet again to finally have my car taken car of.
This was so inconvenient. Side note: The times I went to the dealership/​service department, I would always hear someone complain about their used car have major issues. Should of went with my gut feeling.

great staff, great location, service is superb. you can’t ask for more when you arrive at audi of Fairfield. if your going to service you drive your car right in the garage and immediately someone is offering to help service you car or find out what the problem is. i had warranty work done on my car, I was given a loaner car, and I wasn’t charged a dime for anything (as long as you return car with full tank). both sales and service staff are friendly and helpful. they really listened to what problems I was having and not jumping down my throat before I could finish. a+ to these guys!

I do not have any experience with sales at Audi Fairfield, but I believe Audi Fairfield Service is excellent. Jim Walsh and his team went above and beyond the call of duty in my most recent visit. I have been in a few times for routine maintenance, which was great, however, it is diagnostics and repair is what truly sets a mediocre shop apart from an amazing shop. I believe a good experience during these times can make or break a brand in terms of overall ownership experience. In this case, I brought the car in following a check engine light and what I received was perfection. As diagnostics can be tricky, I was fully prepared to wait a few days while my car was fixed as it is a low production model exhibiting a problem that is not likely seen every day. Each day, Jim called me personally to give me an update on my car’s status. I did not have to worry, call myself, or wonder what was going on. After two days, the problem was solved, parts were replaced, and my car was as good as new. I picked up the car and it was obviously well taken care of with relatively few test miles, paper protecting the carpet, plastic on the seat, and a cover on the steering wheel, further proof that my car was respected during its visit and cared for as if they owned it. I could not be happier and I am very appreciative of the service I was given. Thank you Audi Fairfield Service Department.

This dealership has gone above and beyond anytime I bring my car in for service. I call in and the helpful staff knows what I need and gets me in with in 24 to 48 hours. I have a 2011 a4 and when I need service this is my dealership. They also have brand new Audi loaners and a waiting area that is state of the art and clean so I never hesitate to wait while my car is serviced. John Andersen is great and always makes a point to stop over to say hi when I am there. They even offered me lunch one day.

Okay so after dealing with new jersey dealerships and being at my wits end with finding a truck I decided to check out audi of Fairfield. Boy oh boy the experience from when you first pull up valet parking, greet you when you walk in, refreshments, all around great service. My salesperson Chris Durkin excellent and straightforward no bs made me feel comfortable and got me right into the truck I was looking for a white range rover 2008. Take it from great place to visit, highly recommended

I recently leased a brand new A6 from this dealership. My salesman was Jack, and he was great. He made the entire experience very smooth and the car was waiting for me upon my arrival. The woman in the finance office was also very pleasant. Sorry I forgot your name!
Jack will be recommended to all my friends and family. I look forward to working with him again on my next Audi lease.

My sales person was terrific. Shawn treated me with respect and didn’t waste time. I came in after a bad experience at the Wallingford dealership where I had previous bought 2 Audi’s. I was appalled. And a lack of response from the manager followed by a yelling match with couple of junior people at New London’s Hoffman Audi. I came in with the intention of buying out my leased car. Shawn showed me a much better deal that was much better for all of us. I drove out in a new 2014 Audi Monday after the Saturday that I talked to him. Got the best trade in value for my old Audi. Came out of there feeling happy and well serviced. Can’t ask for more — right?!

We did buy a car here but only because my wife wanted an Audi after driving around in my son’s. My biggest complaint is the feeling they present that they are doing you a favor by selling you a car. When we picked up the car the explanation of how to use the features was perfunctory at best. Haven’t been back for service but believe I will use another dealer for that.
Just a footnote: traded in the A4 for a Q5 but not at this dealership.

Great service with the sales folks here. I actually sold them my Audi and they were terrific. The week after the deal I thought I left something at the dealership and they were very helpful and proactive with helping to find it. Worked with two people, Anthony and David. Both were great, as was everyone else I came in contact with at Fairfield Audi.

I have a new car… but I was out looking anyway for a lease. I started at Volvo (they basically turned me away) then went on to test drive a few different cars. Someone suggested an Audi (my last memory of an Audi was starting mine by crawling underneath it and holding a large screwdriver on the alternator with ignition key on & praying car didn’t go into gear) I was treated extremely well by our salesman Jens. He allowed both myself and my wife to drive car (he actually insisted on 2 test drives) and then toured the whole Penske operation. It was overall a great car leasing/​buying experience, and I must say the first time and every time I close that door… I think about how amazing the engineering and thought that goes into a vehicle like that is. I highly recommend this dealership for any car buying purchase.
