Husband and I recently moved to area and frequently treat ourselves to B&R. All staff with exception to one young gentleman is rude. Each time RESTROOMS out of Service!, lights burned out in restroom — so it’s closed. Today someone locked key in RR. You can’t use it! WTH is going on? Some of us like to wash our hands before and after handling an ice cream! Heath department violation owner/​management. Get it together!

Disclaimer: I’m now working here, but my review was written before I knew I wanted to work here.
SERVICE: Don’t you love when you’re recognized as a regular? Almost every time I come in, the staff asks me if I want my usual order (single scoop of peanut butter and chocolate in a sugar cone), it just depends on who’s working. The staff is always respectful and friendly, even during their busier hours.
INSIDE: The place is clean and presentable. Sometimes the lines will get long, which makes it hard to view all the flavors. There’s enough seating and the restrooms are clean (though sometimes out of service).
PRICE: Prices remain mostly the same; I’ve only ever noticed a 10 cent increase a couple weeks ago.
FLAVORS: Strawberry cheesecake is a seasonal flavor, which sucks for my dad because that’s his favorite flavor! But we always find good backup options. After all, they do have 31 flavors. Also, I feel like you get bigger scoops if you’re a regular, maybe that’s just my imagination!
HOURS: They’re open until 10pm even on weekdays, which is awesome.

Me and my daughter went here today and everything was great! She tried a few flavors and the employee was patient as she decided which one she wanted and then we ordered our 2 sundaes. I didnt get his name but he showed great customer service. We will def be back!

Love going here. It is always clean and they have all the good flavors. The only
Downside is the number of workers here. They don’t care about their job and they don’t really talk to you.

It is 9:45pm on Tuesday February 16, 2016 and I just received HORRIBLE service. I waited for service and was skipped. After waiting for the girl Taneeka Nixon (that’s what she told me her name was) was not only rude when I asked if she was ready for me, she put her hand up and said «this nigga». I don’t feel I should have this kind of language spoken to me as a customer, but the people I was with had children that didn’t need to hear that either. If I could leave zero stars I would, but it isn’t an option. I understand that youths need jobs, but blaring rap music and singing along, while ignoring customers isn’t a good image to set for a company you’re representing. Can’t say enough about how friendly the staff is here. Great service and great ice cream. I highly recommend this location if you are looking for good tasty treat. You will not be disappointed.

I love getting a scoop of ice cream on Tuesdays. I love World Class Chocolate or Chocolate Royale. It’s also entertaining when the girls in the store bicker and argue with each other (lol) I mean I don’t have anything against that, it’s just so out of nowhere with the topics they came up with. But the staff are nice and courteous and patient. I love coming to this location.

Baskin-​Robbins, please start carrying more lactose free options!
Unfortunately I am sensitive to dairy products, and yeah I know it’s an ice cream shop, but I wish they had more than one dairy free option. They had one sorbet available, strawberry sorbet, and it was okay. Not great. The few times I’ve ignored my dairy sensitivity, I’ve gotten their mint chocolate chip ice cream. It’s really good. Not over the top with the mint flavor and it has small chocolate flakes instead of big chunks.
The ice cream scoopers were friendly and gladly offered samples of any ice cream. My friend did not feel rushed when he was deciding his ice cream flavor. It wasn’t very busy when I went, so that could be part of the reason they were friendly. One time I made the mistake of coming here on their Tuesday family night where ice cream is $ 2 for a single scoop. It was packed! I think it took me about 20 minutes standing in line waiting to order.
I don’t think I’d come back just for their sorbet, but if I’m having an ice cream craving, Baskin-​Robbins is a decent choice to satisfy that craving.

Pros: Located in a nice shopping center, outside seating, clean facility and friendly staff
Cons: Could get really busy on hot days
Came here yesterday for a treat. Ordered one scoop of gold medal ribbon on a regular cone (my all time favorite ice cream). Service was fast and we got there before the rush. Sat outside and enjoyed our icecream. Awesome and chill place to get some yummy treats on a hot day.

I come here every sunday with my boyfriend. I always get the 3 scoop sunday and my man gets a large vanilla malt. I love the new snacknado flavor! So creamy and has a ton of yummy tidbits. I usually go for the strawberry cheesecake and the prailines and cream though. Always friendly customer service. Always ask if we want to try anything.

You can’t go wrong with this place. They always have a great amount of flavors you are bound to like one. Our family loves to go on Tuesdays for family night. Kids scoops and regular scoops are discounted. The staff is super friendly and the line moves fast. We all scream for ice cream.

Baskin Robbins will always be simple great tasting ice cream to me. Sometimes the fancy creameries just don’t impress me. It doesn’t beat Thrifty’s ice cream though… But it’s up there :)
Went to this location last Sunday.
Friendly Staff, let us sample a few flavors. Kids were happy, I was happy.
Go for the Banana Royale. Who doesn’t love their ice cream smothered in caramel, fudge, sliced bananas, whipped cream with a cherry on top?!
