Cookie’s Café endeavors to ensure that each guest receives prompt, professional, friendly service. We will maintain a clean, cozy, comfortable environment for our guests and staff while providing fair priced, nutritional, well-​prepared meals using only quality and local ingredients, all while creating memories with our guest and staff in a fun family like atmosphere. The people of Downtown Fairfield are busy or they just want a cozy place to go that is not work and not home but like home. Downtown Fairfield needs options. Cookie’s Café provides that with grab and go breakfasts, lunch and beverages or sit and relax indoors or outside seating the fun home like café while our friendly and fun staff caters to their needs and time constraints. The magic to our food will be quality control. We will toast our buns on a grill. Our beef will be a good quality 8020 mix, never frozen. We all have quirky tendencies when it comes to our food. They may pop up while we’re cooking and mixing.

Meet the Business Owner

Brent and Shelly.

Business Owner

Brent Petersen and Michille Laurence-​Petersen will operate the Business with the help family and hired staff.

Brent has extensive experience in management and crew leadership with Project Pro Handyman (From 1994 to 2010) as well as a background as a General Contractor in construction. Brent is the previous Business Owner of Petersen’s Xtreme Construction LLC (from 2011 to 2013). And Ibiza Mediterranean cuisine (2006 – 2008)

Michille has an extensive background (From 1990 to 2006) in Customer Service Management including Food Service in her previous career. She is currently a Hospice Bachelor’s Degree level Registered Nurse with the State of California (From 2011 to now, 2014) with a passion in baking.
