i took my 2013 jeep GC to this place. From the time to check in and time to check out to get my beautiful car, it was stress free. They did an exceptional job. I can’t tell my jeep was hit on the side. it looks brand new. thank you to Cell, and Jamar for the updates and job well done.

I have a 2010 Camry SE, I’ve snagged the front bumper which hangs low on the front twice on a sidewalk and on the cement blocks in front of the parking stalls. Both times I went to Cooks and they fixed my front bumper quickly. Aaron was super nice, saw me right away and the service was excellent.

I own a Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X, and a «fender bender» right before Christmas (perfect timing right?!?). Went through Cooks with my insurance. At first I was very skeptical about it, especially with my evo… It took about 3 weeks to get my car back. And I was surprised on how good of customer service they have! I went back to get my headlights adjusted, because they were low. I did went back again because of two bolts were missing from the bumper (which was no biggie). Every time I had called and stopped in they were friendly and easy to talk to! The times I been there, I’ve seen Mustang, Charger, and BMW… So if you had a accident, and not sure which body shop to bring to, try this one!

Great place! Friendly people, Jamar had helped me out, every professional, friendly guy. my car came out great. No dents car was washed and clean. I would recommend this place.

This location is a joke. My car was damaged in a accident and I went to them for a estimate. First of all the guy Jamar although nice seemed sleazy once he found out the work would be handled by insurance. He looked at the car which had rear body damage but never got on the ground and looked at bumper. He then said if I chose them he would also include my tire rim that was scuffed into the estimate. I told him car seemed unsafe because tire was close to bumper in wheel well. He assured me car was driveable and safe. I disagreed and requested he put his professional estimators assessment of the safety of this vehicle in writing. He refused and bookeeper said they cant do that because of liability. I left immediately went to a real professional to find out that had Jamar bent his back and looked at bumper underside like real pro’s do he would have seen that the reinforcement bar was broken and car was yes unsafe to drive. It seems Cooks Collission should be more careful especially when people’s lives are on the line. Also if they are sure about their assessments they should always be willing to put it in writing instead of trying to cover their butts and hedge their bets. That says to me you don’t know what your talking about.

I got my car back yesterday and I almost didn’t recognize it, it looks so good. They did an excellent and went above and beyond my expectations since I had never been there before. Ramiere was great at keeping me updated on my car. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs their car repaired.

I used cooks for a couple vehicles in the past and they have not been on the ball with my recent claims so I took my business elsewhere.

I chose this place because of the good ratings and I’m so glad I did. The staff are so friendly, and not just one or two people, I spoke to at least four people during the process of getting my car fixed and they were all so friendly and understanding. Their facility looks so professional and clean and the location is so convenient. The arranged a tow for my car, I specter it the very next afternoon, and then informed me that the problem wasn’t as dire as I’d originally thought. The mechanic told me it was an easy fix and they would be charging me because they have a great relationship with my insurance company. I love honest car repair places because they are so hard to come by. I recommend Cooks in Fairfield to anyone looking for an honest, friendly business.

Outstanding service — quality and timeliness of repairs and keeping me informed at all times! Exceeded my expectations.
I had some significant damage to my car after it was hit when it was parked in Trader Joe’s parking lot. The Acura dealer recommended Cook’s in Fairfield. I dealt with Gabriel Deadrich, who is an excellent communicator so I was never left wondering what was going on with the repair. When Gabe and the staff at Cook’s removed the bumper of my car, they found additional damage so they quickly got the insurance adjuster back out to put in a supplemental authorization, and still managed to get the car done quickly to meet the original completion date. The repair work was excellent — can’t tell it was ever damaged. In addition to the damage covered by insurance, I also had another small dent on the opposite side of the car caused by someone opening a car door and hitting my car (without leaving a note) some time ago. Gabe arranged to have Dent Express come out and fix that dent while my car was at Cook’s — I paid by check when I picked up the car. Gabe and Vionni coordinated seamlessly with Enterprise Car Rental in Fairfield, making it very easy and convenient for me, and also worked very well with Mercury Insurance company. I am very pleased with the service.

Not a happy camper maybe the 3^rd trip they will get the job completed properly of course it was any insurance referral.

Have to say as disappointed as I was to have to take my car in for body repair after a accident where I was rear ended — Greg made the situation much better! He was prompt on replies, set proper expectations, and delivered the car when promised. My car looks better than it did before the accident. If I ever have to go back for repairs I will certainly choose this place!

I can honestly say that this business is all about taking care of their customers and not just trying to get over and make that extra buck. My estimator Greg was very understanding and knowledgeable when he looked over my car and they did a great job on fixing it also. Hopefully I wouldn’t have to take a bashed up car anywhere again but if I do, it would be this place.

Very bad experience at Cooks Collision in Fairfield. Went in for an estimate, I agreed to it and made an appointment to drop off my car for the repair. The day I dropped off my car (which is not an easy task as I had to have someone pick me up and drop me off) I get a call later that day from the estimator telling me that he «under quoted» me as he thought the part he ordered for my car came «painted». He then wanted to charge me an extra $ 450 for painting the part! I mean, this is his trade, so you would think he would have known whether the part came painted or not before giving me a low ball quote. But then to call the customer to tell them in order to get the work done it’s going to cost an additional $ 450, is very poor customer service in my book. They should have eaten a large portion if not all of the cost of the paint for the inept quote. Stay away from Cooks as they will undoubtably give you a low quote and then call you to raise the price of the quote! Consumer beware…

I really appreciated the customer service that Cooks Collision provided me with. I have often heard horror stories of car shops trying to take advantage of their customers, however Cooks Collision was very honest and to the point with me. I would certainly recommend this shop to others in the future!

My wife took our car in for a little body work. The fender had separated from the bumper. He had the car for just minutes and did not charge one cent. He has my business and did not take advantage of my wife. I recommend him and his service very much.

This place is AMAZING! 5 stars is not enough. The staff is wonderful from the ladies up front to the people in the back. They know you by name and are always friendly. When I had my accident they didnt treat me like just another customer or just another dollar sign. I was a person, a name. They would call with updates and if I ever had a question they answered it right away. They did a great job on our car and made it look amazing. If you are looking for a great repair shop with spectacular customer service then cooks collision is your place.

I purchased a Groupon for Headlight Restoration ($ 19) from Cooks. I took my car in yesterday to get the restoration performed. First off, they got me in the same day I called. Awesome! We have a 2005 Nissan whose headlights looked pretty terrible. We had tried a «do it yourself» kit at home and had no luck… so I wasn’t expecting much… maybe just a bit of improvement.
As soon as I pulled up I was greeted by a super friendly guy. He took my keys and groupon and told me it would be about a half hour. We then went into the waiting room which was sparkly new and bright. I chatted with the guys up front for a few minutes then settled down to read «People» which they had provided.
About a half hour later, one of the guys called me back for my car. My headlights looked BRAND NEW! AND… double bonus… they washed my car for me as well!!!
Wow. I hope I never get into a car accident, but if I do… I will certainly be going to Cook’s to get my body work done. Professional, quick and affordable.
Note for Cooks… please offer this deal again in a few more months! My neighbors were all shocked that you guys did such a great job and now they are disappointed that they didn’t purchase the deal as well!!!
