Very professional and absolutely friendly! Came exactly on time!!! The jump house was clean and exactly what we wanted. Sooo worth it! I would definitely recommend them!

First time getting a bouncer for my son’s birthday. It came right on time before the party to start. All his friends are going to have a blast. Will definitely get it again. We also love the popcorn popper.

I called Cyber-​Jump last minute to rent some tables and chairs for my kids Birthday party that was June 4^th and spoke to Marvin he was great the rentals were affordable and he even delivered them early the day before the party. I would definitely recommend using him for future events.

I am very disappointed with this rental company. I have used them for the past 2 years and didn’t have any problems. This year I requested a bounce house twice. One a couple of weeks ago and one earlier this week. I never received a confirmation. I called them about 4 times and left voicemails and they never responded. I also emailed them and they never responded. Needless to say I will never use this company again!

Great experience! They set up and tore down quickly. Super easy process and reasonably priced. This was a huge hit at my son’s birthday party. My only recommendation would be to confirm the times in advance. My email confirmation showed I requested a 9am drop-​off but their records showed 10am. Luckily 10am worked for us, so it wasn’t a big deal for us. But I would definitely use them again.

They brought the jumping house on time (early) for my sons party. The service was so easy to book online and the cost was very reasonable. The set up was 15 min or less and they arrived to pick it up on time. My sons party was a big hit! This is our second year renting from Cyber Jumps. Great service, professional and great selection of jump houses. Thank you Cyber Jumps!

I waited and waited, called and called the number on the website left a couple messages. I had a party to get ready for, I was cooking and never once did I think to check my email. They sent me an email letting me know they had to cancel. This is really bad business. I set this up 2 days before the event but they could have declined the day I called. They told me I was booked and confirmed and that they would arrive at 1:30pm. My daughters birthday was ruined she was very upset, along with all of her friends and family. A simple phone call instead of an email would have been a whole lot better. Even a return phone call. I DONT recommend this rental place. I called everywhere looking for another company to bring any kind of jumper and found nothing. My daughters party was ruined.

Was extremely pleased with the service we got from Cyber Jumps. Was able to reserve exactly what my son wanted. All the kids had a great time at the party! Very nice and professional staff quick set up and take down! Highly recommend them, and will be using them again!

They almost ruined my sons 4^th Birthday. We scheduled a bouncy house delivery for 11, missed their call at 10:26, called back 10:31… No answer. They ignored calls from me and my GF for over 2 hours and still didn’t call us back. I drove to their business address, which is a house, to see if we could pick up the bouncy house, no one came to the door. We left and on the way out of the neighborhood, we saw a similar black Toyota truck with bouncy houses in the back like the one in their driveway, with the same Putnam license plate frame, I’m assuming they have multiple trucks. I turned around to flag the guy down and he turned as if he wasn’t going into the neighborhood and then finally stopped. I approached the person driving and he pretended as if he’s from another business… He straight up lied, same voice we spoke to on the phone previously. I had to push the party time to a later time in the day and scramble to finally get someone with a bouncy house last minute on a Sunday. Stay far away from these guys. My kid did not deserve this.

I called Cyber Jumps for a jumper rental. They were very courteous in helping me find a bouncer rental at the last minute. I will call them for my kid’s birthday parties. Very professional recommended and referred by a Holy Spirit parent.
