My daughter had an ok experience the first time so we decided to go again since she was in desperate need to get her brows cleaned up. Plus, we received a $ 1 or $ 2 off text from them so thought, why not. Both my daughter and I explained we wanted to keep her eyebrows thick and just wanted to clean them up. Lady got thread happy and made her brows so thin. Mind you, my daughter is 14 and her brows don’t need to be that thin! Luckily, she’s still young and they were able to grow back in that area!
As we were going to pay I told them that I had the dollar off text which wasn’t expired. She told me they don’t do that anymore. What?! You’re not going to honor a discount that you texted to my number? She wouldn’t honor it. That is not a good business practice and I doubt they’ll go far if they continue to do «business» like that. I will never go there again.

I love this place, always come in looking like a hairy monkey and leaving with my eyebrows on fleek (do people really say that?).
I’d like to note that recently, I had the most painful eyebrow threading session I’ve ever experienced here… but my eyebrows looked really good, so, beauty is pain?

I went here today to get my eyebrows threaded and my eyebrows have never looked so thin in my life! I just wanted to get rid of stray hairs, and some cleaning up and instead I walked away with thin eyebrows! The first woman who had done them let me look at when I said I was happy another woman told me to sit back down-​she was speaking a different language to the woman who initially did my brows and when she was done my eyebrows were way too thin for my liking. I normally go to the other eyebrow place near forever 21 and I regret going here.

If i could give this place Zero stars. I would. Please stay away from this unsanitary establishment. I had my eyebrows done on 1/​24, girl doing my eyebrows was sniffling and sneezed in my face (no apologies). Left with both my eyebrow area red and swollen. I understand this can happen. However, I woke up Sunday with my Left eye swollen shut. Went to Dr on monday was told that the technician bruised my eyelid and was not properly trained to thread eyebrows.
I called and spoke to Jesse after my dr appointment. He told me to come in on Tuesday, and they would compensate me for my dr co-​pay and refund my money. I asked why I had to wait till Tuesday. He said that he just talked to Gurpreet and not to worry they will take care of it.
Called Tuesday, Gurpreet said she talked to Jesse and she couldn’t issue me a refund because they can’t afford it. So heed my warning… STAY AWAY FROM EYEBROW ART. They are unsanitary, unprofessional and lie.

Quick and easy. No need to wait in line. And if you do that’s in rare occasions. I love that you get the eighth service for free. Multiple locations which make it very convenient. The girls I have encountered are friendly. I leave with nice manicured eyebrows.

Normally I stay away from mall beauty establishments but stopped in and asked questions and ended up having my eyebrows threaded for the first time.
Wow! Love it! Much less painful and quicker than waxing. No rash, redness and perfectly shaped. They don’t just thread but trim as well for the best shape. The staff is wonderful, giving tips on eyebrow shape, using powder for definition, brow care, how to calculate eyebrow shape, etc.
Very affordable too! It’s clean, with good staff and busy but almost no wait. I will go back and have already recommended this place to friends.

I love the way Gurmeet does my brows. I haven’t tried anyone else there so I can’t give a review for anyone else. The only thing is, this place is expensive. In Fremont, I pay a total of $ 8 for my eyebrows and upper lips but here I have to pay $ 18. I only go here when it’s time to re-​shape (so every 2nd or 3rd time).
I do recommend going to Gurmeet if you have never been threaded before, she pays attention to what you want and does her best to meet expectations.

I haven’t had my eyebrows threaded in years, because I always had them waxed, but i wanted to try it again. The lady doing the threading had my hold skin tight, which was fine. But it hurt like hell. i don’t remember it hurting when i used to get them done. They looked great at the end, but when i went home to wash my face, the skin around my eyebrow that she asked me to hold tight burned so bad and i was only using water! The next day i had bruises. Not cool. I should have known i got a half done job because normally there is some cooling cream or oil used to keep the brow skin moist. i didnt get that. Boo! Never again. I want my $ 12 back! and the tip i gave. I wished i had read these reviews before having her touch me. I didn’t realize that she had a history of ripping people skin off. Shame on her! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH HER!!!

I’m a bit surprised this place didn’t get better reviews. I’ve been going here for eyebrow threading for about a year now and so have my sister and best friend and we all think that Gurmeet is amazing! She’s fast, nice and friendly. I’m super picky about my eyebrows and she never disappoints.

Absolute horrible. I will never come back here. I’ve been getting my eyebrows threaded for at least 2 years now and never have I had my face hurt so badly when I was done. she did have a line and was the only one working but that is no excuse to give crappy service. if this was my first experience with eyebrow threading I would be terrified of ever doing it again.

I usually get my eyebrows threaded at Green Valley Salon & Spa but I was in the mall & needed my eyebrows done badly so I decided to try this place. There was only 1 other customer in the store so I did not have to wait at all. The lady who was doing my threading must have been new or something because another lady came over & had to help her. They were both hovering over me, speaking in Idian, until one of them yells «NO, NO, NO, NO»! I almost jumped out of the chair thinking half of my eyebrow was gone. Phew, it wasn’t & my eyebrows did look good! Then, they offered me eyebrow powder & filled my eyebrows in extremely dark & I looked like a clown. So they wiped it off with makeup remover, which wiped off my own makeup… so I had to walk around the mall looking kinda ridiculous. And…$ 12 is kinda pricey! I’m used to $ 8, so I’m cool off Eyebrow Art.

Came here with my friends a few years ago back when it was just a little kiosk in the mall and have been coming back ever since. Now I have my mom and my sisters coming as regulars too. It was my first threading experience (I find waxing and plucking to be way more painful) and by far the best. No other place I’ve been to since has compared, and I’ve been seen it all. Other places have made me bleed.
Gurmeet knows her customers and how to take care of their eyebrows. I get compliments for my eyebrows all the time. For someone like me, who has a low pain tolerance, to frequent this place, something must be right!

BEWARE… Horrible. Horrible… Horrible. They ripped up my skin. You should never bleed after getting your eyebrows shaped up.
