Pretty good food. The beer is expensive ! 4.75 $ for bud lite. Wow. I had the pulled pork. Had some fatty portions and plate was dripping with grease/​dribbling as. Overall service was great and beer was cold, food was ok!

The catfish, hush puppies, chicken pot pie and green beans were excellent. The staff was very friendly. They have a kids meals and the grapes were fresh.
Unexpected place but worth the time to sit and eat while traveling.

I can’t say enough about this restaurant.
Best damn food around. The whole family ate there and we all ordered different «meat» dishes (brisket, pulled pork, steak, pork chop), and picked off each other’s plates.
EVERYTHING tastes awesome! Mouthwatering!
Then we ordered dessert — the bread pudding and fried Oreos. We all had a taste and again, Dee-​Lish!
Absolutely loved this place.
Hard to find — diamond in the rough.

This is one of my two «must have» places to eat in Fairfield. Consistently good food and excellent service. If you like brisket this is your place. Nice beer selection as well.
