I would like to thank G & C for doing an excellent job with fixing my 2015 Ford mustang. I recommend everyone see Haris when the come to the repair shop. Haris updated me on the progress of the vehicle a couple of times a week. When they found additional parts that need repairing, Haris updated me immediately. I hope my car is never in another accident but if it is I recommend everyone bring there vehicles to G & C.

I didn’t even know this was a auto body shop till someone rear ended me and their insurance referred me to them. They were so quick to get me my estimate and after one day I dropped the car off it was all done within a week period. My car looked better than before the service was excellent I simply loved the experience they provided me with. I would recommend this to everyone I know!

So my mom got into a car accident with my car. Anyways my dad takes my car here. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. So the front of my car was damaged. A guy named Jeff was the one who assisted my Dad and I when we took my car here. My car is a 2015 Nissan Sentra. So they talked about what was going to be fix. Jeff mention that they would put used parts on my car. Like what the fuck? It’s a brand new car. Haven’t even had it for 6 months at that time. Anyways we left the car there he said it would be ready the following week… That’s didn’t happen. Thank God for car rentals. The guy who was helping us (Jeff) said some parts haven’t even arrived to the body shop. Another week passes by and another week and another week. He kept telling us we were gonna get our car a certain day about like 4 times. And one of those times. I was at work. My Dad went to go and «Get» the car. From what my Father said Jeff gave him papers to sign to agreeing the car was fix just so they can charge my insurance company the money that they want. Of course the type of guy that my father is, he didn’t sign those papers. He first went to inspect the car before he signed anything. I don’t know what these people think, that we were stupid or something? When we dropped of the car, it didn’t have any dent on the hood of the car, because of course we both checked. My Dad saw a dent on the hood of the car, and told him that that dent was not there when we dropped off the car. They tried to blame us saying that it was already there. Like really??? Do you think we’re stupid? No. They are some fucking idiots to think that we would believe something like that of OUR own car. My Dad left the car their to fix that dent. I don’t know what the fuck those people put on the hood or what they did to it. Anyways we left it again… Go the car the following Monday. Of course I went. But this time I checked the car. Car looked fine. When I got closer there was white paint on the headlight scratches on the front bumper. Wow I was so but so disappointed. Also!!! When I opened the hood of the car it was so dirty dust everywhere! They could at least blowed out the dust with some air OR SOMETHING! Also left their garbage in the truck of the car a used part –_​– What kind of service is that??? AND my headlights were messed up one light was looking down the other one was shining up! Do you fucking double check your Job??? The time that I took and all the frustration we went thru because these people are so fucking disorganized. Terrible place. They offered to make it up to us by doing a detail to the car… Like really do u think I would ever let these people put one damn finger on my car. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NO ONE. Sadly disappointed with this place. This place SUCKS ASS!

I got sent here by my insurance company and I am so grateful they introduced me to the shop. The repairs are outstanding and the customer service was outstanding. Timm was very helpful, professional and courteous. I will not only be coming back if anything ever happens again but I will be telling my friends about the experience I had with them.

I brought my 2015 VW in after a fender bender, where the car was struck on the rear passenger side. My insurance sent me to G and C auto body for the appraisal and I decided to have the work done here as I wanted the car to look right. I brought the car here around 2 weeks ago as I write this. They replaced the bumper cover and popped a dent, and the paint on the new bumper cover was covered with imperfections. There were over a dozen large dust specs throughout the paint, as well as numerous bubbles in the clear coat. I then noticed that the tire had been hit in the accident as well as the bumper, and that they had never made any remarks about it. After I brought it up they had to inspect the tire, check its balance and realign the car, which they were happy to not do as they completely disregarded it.
That could have been a safety issue, it made me very uneasy trusting them, especially with something so crucial. The fact that they would disregard this should be criminal.
Now, back to the paint. We were told they could repaint it for us and we said that would be fine. The car was covered in this white compound, completely covered in dirt that they hadn’t bothered to clean up, which is nice to know that they treat your car as if it’s unimportant.
When we went to pick up the car a 2^nd time (after a week) we found that it was still full of dust, they hadn’t even touched most of it. They just buffed out one spot. So we leave it with them to actually repaint it, this time having taken pictures of every spot the manager and I could find while he highlighted them. We come in 2 days later, still more impurities.
They’re saying that even factory paint has imperfections, which may be true, but I’ll bet they’re not full of dirt. The rest of the car has factory paint and it looks pretty great to me. This time we even noticed new scratches along the hood, as if a car body part had been placed across it.
After all of this, I am now told that it’s as good as it’s going to get. So I guess I just have to live with a car which has been visibly repaired to below standard. I expected the car to be returned to pre-​accident shape, and that is what my insurance company is paying for, I did not get that from G and C and I will not provide them any business in the future. They claim this was painted in a new paint booth, but paint booths are designed to minimize dust so it’s either a bad paint booth or they don’t know how to use it.
The front desk is incredibly nice, the people I spoke with there are very understanding and helpful, but the rest of the place felt shady. They can keep claiming they did a good job, but it’s not. If they cannot paint a car like it came out of the factory, then they shouldn’t take jobs involving new cars.

Recently our daughter was in an accident in Los Angeles in her Lexus. As a protective father I wanted to be involved in the repair so that she wasn’t taken advantage of at some rinky-​dink body shop in LA. G & C Auto Body was recommended by my Geico insurance agent. So I brought the car up here and took it to the Fairfield body shop. The Geico adjuster Kimberly was very helpful and I left the car with Mary. I kind of expected additional problems with the repair beyond what was seen initially and there there were a few things. But Mary worked with Kimberly and handled them so that the car would be fixed and not totaled. In my book they certainly deserve this five star review. The work they did was flawless and the car looked great when I picked it up. There were no problems with the repair at all and I never had to be involved. They kept me advised with status updates almost daily and completed the car the day before the promised time. Being in the automotive business myself I really inspected the car thoroughly and I know what it takes to satisfy a customer. These guys clicked all the boxes! Kudos to Don Clark and my Service advisor Mary. I’m a very satisfied customer!

G and C Autobody was recommended by Geico, my insurance co. I decided to go with them because the rental car would be taken care of there as well. One stop shop! Crystal at the front desk was SO NICE! She offered me coffee and water. It was after 5pm and she was still cheerful and very attentive. My claims person was Paul. He was FANTASTIC too. Explained the entire process very thoroughly. They kept my vehicle for only 5 days and when i picked it up both Paul and Brian were there ready to go over everything with me in detail. I really enjoyed my experience at G and C Auttobody in Fairfield. I live in the next town up and I didnt mind goimg the extra 10 miles to see them AT ALL! My truck looks better now than before the accident. Would totally use them again! Thank you Crystal, Paul and Brian at G and C!

G & C Autobody is the best! Exceptional customer service, quality workmanship, they deliver on time and communicate their process very clearly. They are a great team that work together to repair my car. Love em!

I have used the Petaluma G & C and so I did not hesitate to contact the Fairfield office when I needed some work done. The service was good– I am a Geico client so you are treated well. Brian was my contact and he did call with updates. They had my car a bit longer than I thought necessary and when I got it back– the dash air vents no longer worked. We contacted a GMC dealership and they said it is important to follow procedures when disconnecting the battery to prevent these actuators from slamming shut. He recommended I contact G & C. They took NO responsibility. Not surprising. But disappointing. I also pointed out a place where a previous repair was peeling and they said it wasn’t large enough for them to repair on the lifetime warranty. So– in a nutshell? The body work was good, Brian was attentive but after-​market service –not so much. I will shop around next time I need body work… which I hope I never!

The customer service was exceptional! Crystal at the front desk was extremely professional and friendly. My vehicle needed the front bumper and associated plastic shielding replaced. It took them 2 weeks to get the bumper in, but I drove the car the whole time. Once I brought the car in, it took them 2 days to replace and repaint. Martin even brought the car to my house since I was at work and couldn’t pick it up. This was at 5:30 PM on a Friday night. How awesome is that?
I inspected the car the next day and found an «R» with some arrows ingrained in the clear coat. I tried to buff it out and now there’s a dull spot in the clear coat. A couple days later, Crystal called me about a survey, I told her about the dull spot and she immediately made an appointment for me to bring the car back for a professional buffing. Again, excellent customer service. I highly recommend this shop. BTW, this shop was selected as top ten in 2011 by an auto body magazine and rightfully so. The shop doesn’t look like your typical auto body shop. Nice plush couches along with free coffee or bottled water. Bring your car here, you’ll be happy you did.

Great customer service I took my truck up them and after I filed my claim through them to Geico for a damage front & rear damage due to hitting a big pothole in the street and the manager Don Clark was very professional and helpful and Brian who also works for G&C Auto Body was the guy who helped me through the whole process … There affiliates that’s located inside are Geico & Enterprise, ONE STOP SHOP for everything… Let them know I sent you!!!

Good customer service, good crew, but unrealistic time frames are always set for the car to be finished, they try& rush & that makes them miss things, my car does ride the same & the body work looks really good …

front desk friendliness i give them a 5 star. The work quality is a negative 5 star if possible. If your gonna take your vehicle in for body work make sure everything is written on paper and not take the employees word for it. Took my vehicle in repaint and to pop out the a large dent. Dent was removed and repaint was done. I took a closer look and that it was just a touch up on the large scratch so you can see the scare still. lower door panel was suppose to be repaint and made it look new again but wasnt. it was not even touched. turns out it wasnt even in the paper work! the rep. said they would do a touch up and buffer the entire vehicle. that was a lie too. after asking why is everything else not fix, the rep. said I thought they would fix it… can you say half a$$ on employee part for not putting that on the paper work after I told them what I want fixed? I guess it was partly my fault for not making sure and taking their word for it that it was on paper and will get fixed. they also want an extra $ 150 to get it the part that was suppose to get fix but did not put on paper after charging me almost $ 1200 and did the the quality of a $ 300 work if even! I’m not a difficult person to please. Just do a decent job on what I pay for and I will be happy. But when you do the work quality that is worth no more than $ 300 and charge almost $ 1200 and not fix everything that was mentioned that is by far the most shady place!

I really try to refrain from writing bad reviews but when it needs to be done it needs to be done. Id like to start by saying that the front office staff was very professional and personable. Martin was extremely helpful and tried his very best to make sure I was happy but when I reach a certain level of frustration– its hard to please me.
I brought my nearly brand new car (Ive only had for 10 months) in for a repair for a run in I had with a pillar in a parking garage. My insurance company recommended this body shop as a one stop shop for repairs. I decided to go with them merely for the convenience of having the adjuster, car rental and repair shop all in one place and I was nervous but after reading the website and some testimonials decided to give them a try. That will not happen again.
Dropped my car of Wednesday. Got a call Wednesday advising me of the estimate revisions and was told they thought it would be done by Friday afternoon. I informed them I had to be somewhere by 4:30 so if I couldn’t pick up by 330 it would have to wait til the next business day. Martin was more than willing to accommodate and assured me it would be ready by then. Very helpful.
I arrived to pick up my car Friday afternoon. The space between the bumper and the headlight was not the same on the passenger side as it was the drivers side– and the bumper didn’t line up with the fender around the wheel well. They offered to fix it at that time but I had an appointment and assured them I would return to have it fixed.
When I left the shop when I turned my right blinker on– my alert that my light was out came on. The blinker on the front passenger side wasn’t plugged back in after the repair. Since it was on the weekend and a safety issue I tried to get someone from the dealership to help me plug it in– but they couldnt get the plug to reach. So I had to wait.
Brought it back Monday morning to fix the light and the bumper. They put me in a rental with their logo plastered on the doors (really?). Came back. The staff was still helpful and friendly even though I was pretty obviously pissed off. Bumper looked even. Upon further inspection– there was a tiny small splash of white paint on the hood of my silver car and several surface scratches that I KNOW weren’t there. Some other guy was brought out (paint guy maybe?) and insinuated that the scratches were MY fault {“thats what happens when you put your car through gas station car wash” WHICH Ive NEVER done). Scratched the white paint off with his thumbnail (Ill add that there is still the tiniest remnant of that white paint on my hood but at this point I just wanted to get the fuck out of there). They waxed the surface scratches away and me and my car are safely home.
Two stars ONLY ONLY ONLY because the front office staff was so gracious and helpful. If I was judging only the repair job? It would be a 1 or less. Unfortunately I will not be bringing my car back here for any future repairs.
Feel really bad writing a crappy review when the front office folks were so nice– but I had to do it.
