Fairfield Family Physicians, LLC started in Fairfield, CT in 2001 and two years later opened a second location in Stratford, CT. In 2015 we began offering Old-​time Medical Care with our home services; House Calls and Virtual Visits! Business Owner

Dr Forest attended his undergrad at Sacred Heart University, Fairfield, CT and medical school at New York College of Osteopathic Medicine, Old Westbury, NY. He then went on to a Residency in Family Practice at Peninsula Hospital Center, Far Rockaway, Queens, NY.

Graduating in 2001 he soon started Fairfield Family Physicians and thereafter House Calls and Virtual Visits.

We are a Full Service Family Medical Practice serving patients of all ages, in the office or in the comfort of their own home.
