Jump Highway

Brought kids to this trampoline park for the first time. Blech. Been to better and cleaner trampoline parks. Dodgeball trampoline area was monitored by a staff member who at times didn’t pay attention to the game or to the rules. Some kids suffered because of her indifference. No fun. No plans to return.

My girlfriend and I decided to release our inner kid modes and check out jump highway after purchasing discounted tickets from groupon.
Upon arrival, we were eventually greeted by a friendly fellow who helped us check in. We were a bit disappointed to have to pay for storage space, but continued on our jump adventure. After jumping for about an hour with only two other groups of people in the jump arena, we were approached by the «jump highway patrol» safety guard who very aggressively and disrespectfully warned us to follow the «one person in the foam pit at a time rule», (established to prevent people from jumping on each other) or else she would «send us home» barking at us in a tone as if she were to disincline children. This happened after I had landed a bit deep in the foam pit and was having trouble getting out, so my girlfriend was attempting to dig me out from the edge of the pit. Our playful mood was instantly killed and we left shortly after. I understand the value of these established rules for the safety of attendees and to prevent accidents, however with nobody around; there was no harm done by this event. It seems as if the rule enforcing guard just needed to «let off some steam» and further let go of some potential returning customers. We will not be returning after the way we were treated and will not be recommending this trampoline playground to anyone anytime soon…

— No soap in men’s bathroom (a big no no after jumping in a public space without shoes or socks on)
— Paying extra for storage
I seriously can’t get over the way the safety guard acted! Very childish and disrespectful…

Jump highway was very nice when first opened. Each Time we come here the body odor smell gets worse. To the point of a headache. Other trampoline parks seem to have either better sanitization procedures or an air freshening system. This will be our last time to this location in Fairfield due to the odor. Even though this location is closer to home, we will start going back to sky high in Concord. Possibly sanitizing more often will help.

Horrible sign in system. Super busy, one person working taking your money. Kids smaller than mine playing in the big area but mine were kicked out. Never ever coming back here

Had a party here today from 5−7pm
Ummm I will NEVER have another party here. This was all of ours first times here so we had no idea how things worked.
We got upstairs to check in for our party where two employees were talking to each other. One lady was really rude and short with us. She was like your here for a party? I replied with yes and gave her the name and she was like what’s a last name of a kid jumping I have one and she was like I don’t have any jumpers by that name. I was like what? I don’t understand we have never been here before and we are having a birthday party here then she says oh then you have to fill out a paper for everyone jumping today. Anyways the party was from 5 – 7 the kids didn’t even start jumping until 5:35pm and I wanted to start setting up the party room and I was told it wouldn’t be ready until around 6 – 6:15.
I let the kids jump and I went back up at 6:00 and the room was still occupied. Finally I was able to set up the room. We got half way through the party when I then realized we paid for 10 large waters and didn’t have them.
I just feel like they are super unorganized all the way around and they aren’t very friendly at all. I wouldn’t come back

This is a great location to have children (and adults) get some exercise. I find that a 2 hour jump time is too much but 1 hour is not quite enough for my kids. Best to arrive early and be warned — weekends are very busy!
I do find there are a few areas that could be improved:
1) check-​in process is disorganized and slow. Also, if there is a wait time before you jump, you should be given the wristband for the time period you will be jumping when you check in and pay. Then line up to be allowed into the jump area when it is your time. Instead, you pay, then wait for the jump time, and crowd through with everyone else that needs a bracelet for the jump period. Meanwhile, new people continue to arrive and crowd the area.
2) move lockers to a less centralized area — again, crowds
3) more seating for parents! We all stand around and are in everyone’s way. It was best when the upstairs area had a section for parents to be
4) better supervision — including the kid zone for small children. There shouldn’t be so many adults allowed to congregate in the kid zone area. It makes it difficult to track your little jumper!
Happier, friendly staff can help. But quite frankly when the place is that busy and chaotic, I wouldn’t be able to keep a smile on my face either.

My 14 loves this place! She has been there several times and always comes back tired and ready for bed whenever she goes. I think it is a safe alternative to hanging out at the mall for her because she feels safe enough to be herself. Thanks for opening this place. I am going to try to talk her into having her 15^th birthday party there in May.

Customer service sucks.
Just purchased a groupon online, double checked their Web site for hours today, and called them to check details of the Groupon. Web site said they were open till 7 pm, and when we called at 2:15, they didn’t mention they were closing at a time different than listed on their website. We show up at 3:15 and to our surprise they had a sign up saying closing at 4. I asked the manager if they could use our groupon and credit us the other hour. She said no, no empathy at all, didn’t offer anything to try and keep a customer happy. Didn’t apologize for Web site being wrong or for not saying anything when we called. So now instead of $ 49 that I just paid for the groupon, I paid another $ 30 for one hour for 3 kids.
Guess this is why we prefer Sky High in Concord than here.

#WhatHappened?
I recently went to my friends child 4^th Birthday & I am very upset!
If you ever plan to use the party room upstairs — please beware (aka clutch your Majorca Pearls)… my my my the carpet is disgusting… the carpets had stains from dirty shoes, spills from food & other bodily liquids… Let’s just say a sex store flooring is cleaning then this place lol
Suggestions: Install wood floor or dark color carpet or leave expose concrete.

The staff was definitely on something (e.g Molly) One guy was practicing his rave hands and the girl’s eyes were popping out of her head and couldn’t stop giving people weird looks.
Besides that, the place was alright. Kinda expensive. Thus, the two stars.

I don’t know if its a fad, but my kids dig the whole factory turned into Trampoline Park thing.
Walking in there was a stale sweaty gym smell. I figured that was a given since it was a trampoline park, so whatever. Tons of sweaty adults and kids. No AC and the fans are constant and recycling the warm air inside. $ 12 for the first hour and there was a special for $ 9 bucks the second hour. For 4 kids and an extra hour it was $ 84. A little pricier than the Rock n Jump in San Jose and no socks are necessary at Highway Jump, which is also kinda gross. Rock n Jump required grip socks for safety and i brought them so i wouldnt have to purchase any at HJ… Apparently, none were needed and they had my kids take them off before jumping. $ 1 for locker rental and ID necessary at front desk. Just bring a large purse for your kids shoes so rentals wouldn’t be necessary.
Wooden benches are located in certain areas for non jumping adults who don’t want to chill upstairs and would rather watch their kids jump. Shiatsu massage chairs are $ 2 for 6 minutes, $ 5 for 15 min, $ 10 for 30 and $ 20 for 60. Upstairs in the lounge were TVs and tables which was nice since I brought my laptop to work while the kids sweated and got tired for the 2.5 hour ride home. I needed an outlet for my computer but I didn’t see any for me to use.
You can bring your own water bottles. So I suggest bringing them unless you wanna spend some money on vending machine drinks and food.
My kids ultimately had fun regardless of my pickiness of places, smells and crowds. It was a nice end to the getaway weekend to grandmas. The young employees were also nice and helpful.

My two year old has a blast! I was a little tentative about going here because I didn’t get a good feel for what the «kiddy» area would be like… luckily it was just right.
Here’s the scoop: extra large, sturdy bounce house they can run & jump in, foam pit with two trampolines on either side & an obstacle course/​slide type bounce structure.
Not huge– but enough fun & variety to keep my toddler engaged and playing full speed.
Parents welcome (no charge). Reasonable price for the little ones.
It will be a while before I can comment on the rest of the facility– but for those of you looking to burn some energy off your 2 – 3 year old, you won’t be disappointed.

I’m giving this place 3 stars because my kids enjoy it. We also have had their birthday parties here in the past. Which was fun. I do recommend to hold a birthday party here. I have noticed that there seems to be just one party room now. They have made some upgrades in adding more arcade games and skee ball.
However the downside is they have limited sitting areas. All they do provide is hard bench seats. Which accommodates 5 adults comfortably.
Parents have had to find seats on the dirty carpeted flooring. For as much as we pay they should make it more accommodating as we watch our kids jump. Also we went to grab water from the vending machine but there was no water! Just soda and Gatorade. A place like this should stay stocked with water.
It also smells like stale feet, they should invest in air fresheners.
The employee particularly on this day, where just two one on each side. There were some rough teens running around and posed a safety issue of they were to trample on ther kids by accident. But the employee didn’t even correct their actions or tell them to slow down. If they are put in a position to ensure safety they should act upon it to everyone!
Overall it’s a good place to have your kids burn their energy, the dodgeball area is their fav.

I’m going to have to give this a 2 stars. Here’s why:
— It’s too hot in here to enjoy. The fans that are blowing are blowing dry stale air.
— Facilities are filthy. I paid for a locker to jump with kids. So we put our sandles in the locker & one with staff in exchange for the key, we then had to walk barefoot through facility. Carpets are black with stains, dirt, filth, etc. Walking up stairs I could actually smell the dirty carpets on the stairs in front of me.
— It’s too warm to jump a without water. The prices are ridiculous.
— party area is dirty and run down.
— kids did enjoy the jumping and ball pit so there’s a star, but for $ 12 an hour, I expected cleaner and more unkept facilities.

Came here to bring the inner kid out of me… After browsing a deal I found on groupon for $ 30, Jump Highway literally brought to my attention and diligently pulled my credit card out and start to purchase the $ 30 deal. I have attached the link to their deal if anyone is interested to bring their family/​friends along.
And the deal consists of :

The venue is a great place to host any sorts of events, from Birthdays to Graduation party for children under 12yrs old. :) They have also arcades located by the trampoline, but right before you enter the trampoline arena. If you check the groupon online on their panoramic birds eye view of the place, that is exactly how it’ll look like upon entering in.
You will be assigned different type of wrist bands, only why I said different colored wristbands. Its so the workers can look at your wristband if your 2hr time is up.
My experience with the check-​in process was meh, but tolerable. Was given an extra 1hr to compensate on top of my groupon deal for my delayed time upon entering the vicinity since there was a birthday party happening and due to over crowd within the vicinity.
Jump Highway will offer lockers & socks if need be. I recommend getting both. Because the locker is a great way to put your phone inside the locker and shoes and keys. And their socks is amazing, its very cozy. And NO SHOES ALLOWED INSIDE THE TRAMPOLINE AREA!
To top it off about how my day went, I love heading straight to the dodgeball arena, and hit kids and young adults below the waist off course. And playing basketball on a trampoline. Something that I dont get to do everyday which was pretty fun! What a great workout. :)
Btw, the insides can smell like feet, its awful!

I gave this place 3 stars because my kids didn’t get to jump together. I have a 3 year old and a 7 year old and because my little one didn’t meet the height requirement, she wasn’t tall enough to go into the big Kids area. It was a bummer.
The other thing I didn’t like was that there were kids that looked like they didn’t meet the height requirement in the big Kids area.
The coin machine in the arcade gave you 3 tokens for a dollar, but it would sometimes give you 4 tokens and sometimes 5 tokens; so I suppose it was okay.
Air hockey wasn’t working.
Staff was very friendly and courteous. They have a laze maze I didn’t get to try because of time, but it looked interesting.
We won some tickets and the only thing of interest to my daughter was the warheads, which they were out of. She cried. It would’ve been nice for them to say sorry or give us a concession of some kind.
I know I maybe nit picking but I’m really all about the experience. It’s $ 12 an hour for the big room and $ 9 an hour for the small kids area. Adults don’t have to pay if you don’t jump. It’s relatively expensive but not a big deal because with limits time for kids that might want to stay forever.

Fun place for kids to burn off energy! I do wish the staff was more friendly seeing as the majority of their clients are families and children.

your management has horrible customer service and communication skills. Donna refused to come out and speak with me in regards to your policy that kids under 42″ must be walking in order to utilize the kids area. She sent out a highlighted piece of paper from the frequently asked questions, which is a tiny link on the bottom of your website, but not ANYWHERE else on the site that indicates children under 42″ must play in the kids court. This highlighted piece says «we have no age limit! Children must be old enough to walk on their own. For children under 42″ we designate a special jump area to jump for their safety.“
One: This isn’t on any pages that indicate hours, rules etc.
Two: This part: For children under 42″ we designate a special jump area to jump for their safety.» makes it sound like there’s a separate area for under 42″ and can’t walk. Presumably for special needs children, toddlers and smaller children
Three: Why is the main area not easily visible for parents to watch their other children?
Four: two bounce houses and a foam pit for the kids area — boring!
Five: the facility isn’t clean at all
Six: no numbers to call corporate
I will not be frequently your business, supporting your business or referring friends to your facility again. Which is sad because it’s supposed to be family friendly. I can understand why the facility is empty on a weekday, it’s overpriced and has gone downhill since opening. I wish I had never advertised and allowed your company to participate in my events for FREE.

Unilocal should change it so we can respond to managers/​owners who comment on our reviews.
I don’t know how the manager reviewed tapes when I did not leave a date of when I visited. I wasn’t alone when I came, and did not mention that in my review, but my cousin was with me and she witnessed how the staff was during our visit.
Accusing a customer and lacking tact when approaching a customer about their experience is a bit unprofessional. I would’ve thought the manager would say something like «I’m sorry there was a misunderstanding, we do have signs posted, maybe you didn’t notice there were extra employees located here, etc.» I guess the new thing to to attack customers.

It was my daughter’s 13^th Birthday. She wanted a fun, simple gathering. Jump Highway offered a Night Time Jump for the «older» crowd. They turn the lights down, play loud music and have some lighting.
It seemed a little lacking however. Could’ve used more «disco» type balls, and the music wasn’t really all that loud.
For $ 10 a kid, I expected a little more. Nothing else is included… 2hrs of jump time. There’s water and other items for purchase.
There were employees around to ensure the safety of the kids. They jumped, ran and had a good time.
