DONOTPURCHASEATANYMOMENTUM!!! Present and possibly previous employees have access to all your personal information which in turn leads to identity theft! No phone calls back and not a response from the BBB, even when walking in they have NO manager available.

I have unfortunately been stuck since March dealing with this place. First off — our sales guy was 6 hours late, YES6HOURS! I ended up talking with 4 different people that day which was awful and EXHAUSTING!(False promise #1 — he said he’d be there by 12P, didn’t show up until 6.) I have to agree with previous Unilocalers about the horrid sales practices here. Our sales guy lets call him C,(yes that is a hint momentum), offered for us to have a deferred down payment so I could sell my current vehicle yet still leave the lot with a new one. He said if unable to sell on my own I can bring it and they will take it as a trade in against the down payment. A few weeks pass — I go in to trade it and C tells me it is too old to qualify!(False promise #2.) Fast forward to September,(False promise #3) C decides to call me and offer to refinance my loan for a better finance rate — this jerk didn’t even check the value of my truck before I drove 2 hours with my 4 yr old to do the paperwork. The loan is now OVER itself because apparently in 6 months my truck is valued at $ 10K less than my rip off of a loan at 27% interest! Then he has the guff to ask what I was driving(truck was for my spouse) and he said he couldn’t refinance my truck loan but would give me another $ 40K car that day with another unmanageable payment. My recommendation is to avoid this place at all costs, it will haunt you! The company has since called 3 times — all 3 people were only there for a couple of weeks or a few days and had no idea of anyone I talked about! I am absolutely done with this company, they can’t even provide an experienced customer service team member to PAYINGCUSTOMERS.

I visited the Honda site, and started out my visit saying I had not planned to purchase a car that day, I was just looking. Although a couple people employed there were ok, just as many weren’t as professional as I believe they could’ve been. If you’re interested in my full and complete review, you can find it on Google +. In a nutshell, I wasn’t happy with my exeprience. The last time I bought a car from a dealership was in 1990, at night in Burlingame, brand new, and that wasn’t as bad as this experience. I bought a car, but only because I did like it, also they made me so fed up with the experience, I didn’t even want to look anymore anywhere, and lastly, I really didn’t want that to keep the helpful salesperson Anthony from getting his commission on the sale, especially as I was a cash buyer. David, the manager I believe his name was, and Rita the Financial person were ok. The GM Ray, offered me free oil changes for a year, because I was so unhappy with my experience, and although appreciated, I have to drive 15 – 20 miles to go get them. The bottom line is, I would never go here to buy a car again, and wouldn’t advise my friends or family to do so either. I do love my car though, no remorse in the car at all. Sure hope anyone who does decide to go here has a much better experience.

I had a great experience with this auto group, one of the best I’ve ever been to! Our sale representative, Joel, was very knowledgeable of the cars and he was extremely friendly. I didn’t feel pressured or uncomfortable during the entire time we talked. I was currently browsing for a future car, with no intention of buying one at first, but after this experience I will definitely put this dealership into consideration when purchasing my next car.

I love the experience I had getting our new ride. I enjoy the way each employee treat us especially Steven Ulsh who treat us like family and understood our needs for a car that was cool, but that would fit our family of 5. You guys rock and I will come back again a million times… Thanks guys!!!

I would give a negative star if I could that is how horrible the service was here. We found a car through their website and went to see it. There was no price listed on the site or on the car which I thought was odd. A young kid(who later told me he only worked there for 2 weeks) approached us asking what color car we would like. My husband(a mechanic for 25 years) ends us ripping this kid to shreds with technical questions none of which he could answer because he had absolutely no idea. First problem… you have someone selling cars that knows NOTHING about the cars. Then came the magic question: How much? Guess what, the kid didn’t know that either. So he went inside to «ask the manager» for the price. 20 minutes later he says he’s still trying to get the price but was just wondering how we planned to pay, if we had money down, and how much our budget was… WTH! You want us to answer these questions when you literally haven’t answered one of ours… most importantly HOWMUCHISTHECAR! My husband is literally yelling at this kid for wasting our time. Now the manager comes out and he asks how much do we want to pay! What kind of bullsh*t sales tactic is this! My husband turned around to walk out saying screw you and the manager yells out $ 25,0000!!! The number magically appears out of thin air. Wow. Needless to say we didn’t buy the car… little did they know we had cash to purchase it and lost a potential sale based on their lack of knowledge and shady sales tactics. You give the entire industry a bad name.
