History

Established in 2007.

Founded by partners Kyle Eckhart and Mike Bright, both certified prosthetist orthotists (CPOs), NBPO & NVPO provides both prosthetics to replace a missing body part, like a leg or arm, and orthotics (or braces) to support or correct a body part. NBPO & NVPO also provide ongoing physical therapy and rehabilitation to help you get acquainted with your new prosthesis or orthotic limb.

Business Owner

Michael is the co-​owner of North Bay Prosthetics and Orthotics. As a Certified Prosthetist Orthotist Michael brings 20 years of experience to the practice. His experience ranges from pediatric orthopedic patients to geriatric prosthetics. Michael is certified in all computer prosthetic components as well as experience with upper extremity myoelectric prosthetic fittings. Michael has a Bachelors degree in sports medicine and completed his orthotic and prosthetic training at Northwestern University.

Michael enjoys an active life style with interest in sports and the outdoors. Michael has enjoyed helping his patient return to their own level of activity through innovative product design.
