Pearson VUE Testing Center

I took a test here today. It was very easy to find and the building is maintained very well. Finding the actual room was a little difficult for me there was a directory, and it confirmed that I was in the right place, but it didn’t indicate where Pearson room was located. The room itself was very clean and quiet. The receptionist was friendly and informative. The test administrator was nice as well. I was about 30 minutes early for my test and they let me start as soon as a computer opened up.
They do make sure that you leave all belongings in your assigned locker before you enter to take the test and make you empty your pockets etc. They also take an image of your palm every time you enter/​leave the test taking room. The test taking room itself was very quiet and they provided a dry erase sheet for scratch paper and noise cancellation head phones to help you concentrate.
I had a pleasant experience here and would look forward to returning if needed.

The young lady was super nice. The older woman was all abut business. Overall, it’s worth 5 star. Good luck to all.

I think the biggest advantage is the location. I’ve been to Business Center drive but for some reason, once I arrived here, I had a hard time finding the building. Once I entered, I missed the hallway on my right which led to Pearson VUE Testing Center. So I recommend arriving early if you’re not familiar with the location.
There’s also plenty of parking so that shouldn’t be an issue.
Once I arrived, I was greeted promptly and it went down to business. It’s a recorded testing center and they do pay attention to you. I raised my hand and someone came promptly. Sometimes in other testing centers, I might have my hand raise for a minute and no one even notices me. I felt like all the employees here are courteous and instructive.
If I didn’t live so far away, I would recommend going here. It’s located in a nice business building with AC, and the bathrooms are nice. No need for a key or anything.

I have taken written exams before and I have never had a problem, but the employees running the Pearson VUE Testing Center in Fairfield seem extremely unhappy and hell bent to take out their frustrations on the people who use their testing center.
The issue stated at reception when I arrived to the test center early and began to cram in their lobby with another student who was doing the same thing. The receptionist had a ton of attitude and tried to get us to take our test before our scheduled time; I guess just to hurry us along. We both respectfully declined but her reaction was that of annoyance.
Once inside the testing center it was very nice, clean, and very quite. The computers and equipment were very nice and the testing center itself was very good overall. But unfortunately, even the woman administering the test was really nasty; using that tone in her voice like she was talking down to everyone. I was stunned by the poor attitudes all the way around by the people who work there. They all seem extremely unhappy and dead set on taking their frustrations out of those who walk through their front door.
To one employees credit, although I never got her name, there was an older black lady who worked there that seemed very nice and personable. She was the only one that seemed to have a good attitude and she was very poliet.
This is the third testing center I used in the last 6 months, and they are by far the worst. I have never had a bad experience with any of the other testing centers. I would avoid it if you have the chance.
