PRC is a full service design/​build remodeling firm. We first establish a budget number with the client and design the proposed building to fit the budget. We provide computer generated designs and a detailed estimate for the work in our planning phase. After approvals and contracts for the construction we handle all of the building process through to the completion of the project.

We have been in business continuously in Fairfield since 1978.

Smaller jobs that fall into the handyman category, roofing repairs and/​or replacement, deck construction, bathrooms, kitchens or whole house restorations are also in our purview.

We are fully insured, have all of the appropriate State of Ct registrations and follow a ridged Code of Ethics which is established by the National Association of the Remodeling Industry of which we are a Certified Remodeler.

We have won numerous industry design and construction awards and are part of The Big 50 Remodelers group chosen by Remodeling Magazine annually.

History

Established in 1978.

George Christiansen CR CGR is a Certified Remodeler with Both the NAHB and the NARI. He established the company in Fairfield, CT in 1978 as a Design/​Build remodeling firm. «We work with the client’s budget numbers and create a plan for construction which matches this budget. It is one stop shopping which allows more money to be devoted to the actual project and less on outside influences. The process is more streamlined than the antiquated design/​bid; redesign/​rebid money pit which many homeowners find very confusing and disappointing.»
