I spend a ton of time on my computer everyday because I do tech support. As a result I developed a neck and shoulder pain that would not go away. Having successfully used chiropractic care in the past, I decided to try Dr. Poteet based on a neighbor’s rave review. After two visits I can say I am seeing relief. Plan to make Dr. Poteet a regular visit for adjustments to keep the computer neck at bay! Great experience and highly recommend!

My wife and I waited over an hour after our appointment time to get back into the office. Poteete reviewed everything I have been through. He decided that I needed a softer adjustment I agreed. Then he did a hard adjustment. I also told him Muscle Stim did not work on me. But he put me on it anyways. Which caused it to be worse pain. Then for my wife… He adjusted her knee after he told her to be very careful with it. After 2 – 3 months of physical therapy and it getting better, it is now back to where she was before. The day of the adjustment she was in pain and has been icing it for the past 3 – 4 weeks. I called cancelled our follow up appointment. Explained why. The front desk lady said she would have Him call me back. He did not, he sent a letter. Stating that«chiropractic is a physical type treatment In joints beyond their normal paraphysiological range of motion to restore normal functional mobility» I get that… BUT he never tried to call and fix this! That is no doctor. I have had neck and back pain since my car accident in 2009 I have been to about 20 doctors. Some chiropractors. Some chiropractors with Applied kinesiology and neurologist. And physicians and massage therapist and this was by far the worst doctor I have been to.
