My new place to go since Chipotle is being hit with bad press about the e-coli contamination. The food here is great(actually better than Chipotle); A vast variety of toppings for your burrito or tacos and its actually closer to my house. I honestly did a disservice to myself by passing this location everyday and not giving it a chance. It’s safe to say, this will be my go-to mexican spot lol

I went here to buy a gift certificate for a friend. While I was there I decided to get three tacos. When I got to the register I asked for the gift card. Th server said he did not know how to do that. I paid for my tacos and asked if there was anyone else there who knew how to do that. He said the person who knew how to do it just left. I ask him if there was anyone in the back that could help me. He checked and said no. It’s not a good management strategy to leave the establishment with people who did not know how to do the transactions that may be needed. This is better than Chipotle regarding the food but I like Moe’s better. I’m also very disappointed that I traveled some distance I still came away with no gift card.

Just left after having a terrible experience here and will likely never return. I was there about 10 min before close and was treated like I was some asshole for coming when you are still open. I understand that people want to go home but you are open until a certain time for a reason. It’s not«we are open until 10 but don’t expect us to have anything you want or treat you well if you come anytime close to that.» This location clearly has lazy and unmotivated employees. When I came in they had already put most things away and they were also out of most things. If they had at least been polite I wouldn’t be writing this review but mid way through attempting to make my bowl I was being treated so rudely that I just left without getting anything. If you’re going to be open until 10 be open until 10. Also get better employees. One was a larger black women and the other was a small white women and both were cold and rude. Do better.

Fast, cheap and seemingly fresh. My son’s favorite. The people that work here are really nice too. A definite step up from Moe’s and Señor Salsa.

I ordered a taco salad and it came in a PAPER bowl! I guess I didn’t realize I had to specify that I wanted an edible bowl, but I thought that sort of goes without saying(when ordering a TACO salad anyway). And no, the woman who made the«salad» never asked what I wanted it in. I’ll stick with Moe’s.

I went to Moe’s right across the street religiously until Qdoba opened and I have never looked back. Much better than both Chipotle and Moe’s by far. Those who are call this a Chipotle wannabe are wrong, not only is the food better but there are more choices. They go above and beyond when it comes to customer service, if you had a unpleasant experience let them know. I did once and they more than made it up to me. I recommend Qdoba to everyone I know not to mention going there at least once a week.

Tried this place twice… a third won’t be happening. After the first time where the lovely cashier gave me an attitude because I wanted to pay with half cash and half credit… I was unsure if I would return. This time I tried ordering online since in person it is beyond overwhelming and seemingly complicated. The website laid it out easily and I ventured to the store to pick my order up. I was not greeted upon walking in which always bothers me. There was one person behind the counter helping a customer out and another employee in the openly visible kitchen who looked over at me several times without saying a word. After about 5 minutes I was asked«are you ordering or picking up?» To which I replied«yes, I’m» and then i was cut off. I assumed she knew I was picking up but another employee came out to start my order. When I said I was picking up the girl at the register said«yeah I know it’s down here» in a very rude tone. I waited a few more minutes and finally was rung out. When I got home and looked through the containers — nothing was right! The nachos were actually a bowl of a tiny bit of chicken floating in cheese sauce and some beans thrown in. The chips were in a separate bag… how is this nachos? Rice and beans were not in my friends quessadilla yet the instructions clearly stated to include. There was no flavor on the meat and it just felt like a school lunch. Huge waste of time and money. Go across the street to Mo’s or down the street to Chipotle.

Meh, this place feels like a Chipotle wannnabe gone wrong. I came here with my husband one evening and wasn’t impressed at all. The menu is strange and complicates the ordering process as someone behind the counter tries to explain it all to you while you read. I realize they are new but the staff was scattered and unorganized. We asked for nachos but they waited to finish our two burritos to then ring us out and then finally start making some nachos. The final product tasted like Mexican fast food — nothing fresh about it. The self service soda machine(to create one million different combinations) was surrounded by a sticky vortex of spilled creations. The bar seating against the window was crammed and just uncomfortable. We ate half — left — and I still felt gross. Pass.

We ended up here because our first choice was having a private party. We just wanted something quick and inexpensive and hit the jackpot here! The food was very tasty. They have a good selection of tacos, burritos etc., all at great prices. The kids loved it!

Wayne is awesome MADEOUR ordering a breeze. Chatted while we made our decisions on what to put in our burritos. All the staff was super friendly… food incredibly fresh and tasty. Love the choices. Kid friendly. Wayne even stopped by our table to check that we were satisfied with our meal.

We like Qdoba better than Chipotle. Chipotle, like the name implies, adds heat to everything. Qdoba is more kid friendly. My 6 yr old gives this place 5 stars. End of story.

I love Qdoba. The food quality is far superior to the Moes that is across the street. More flavor and you can tell how fresh everything is. The employees are super nice plus the inside is extremely clean. Definitely check it out. I still think Chipotle is better but Qdoba is a nice change with more variety. Believe me it’s way better than Moes.

This has got to be the best burrito chain by far. The setup is similar to Chipotle, where you pick your ingredients. The quality of the food, however, far surpasses anything Chipotle could offer. Everything tastes and looks fresh. This food is definitely not shipped in frozen and then reheated; made fresh in-house(or at least never frozen). The customer service is incredible too. The workers making the burritos had smiles in their faces and were very friendly. Even the store manager came out to greet everyone personally to make sure we were enjoying the food. Hard to believe that it is a chain, actually. Also, VERY clean! I will be back!
