Safelite AutoGlass

This review is long overdue, but I recommend this location. The folks here were patient and nice. We had our windshield fixed by them a few months ago and the windshield is still holding up well. Their office has a small lobby with chairs and TV, in case you need to sit and wait for your car. (If you have AAA Premier, you get $ 50 reimbursement for the windshield repair.)

Came out on Christmas Eve to replace my windshield. Top notch customer service! Excellent to do business with.

The people who work at this place are absolutely amazing and incredibly kind. I brought my car in after scheduling an appointment, which took less than two hours to replace. It wasn’t terrible because I dropped off my car. They did have wifi which is everyone’s main concern now a days! They called me as soon as it was done and I came back to a clean car. My windows were washed and my car was vacuumed, it was great! I’ve been meaning to clean out my car and they did it for me. I couldn’t have asked for better service, they are truly great people. I am so glad I decided to go with them. Five stars all the way.

Had a couple of chips repaired in our windshield… Josh and Connor from Safelite glass repair in Fairfield/​Cordelia Ca is awesome… they repaired 2 chips and a fealty window track in less then an hour and we are very happy… thanks guys

Typical story… a rock hit my windshield causing a huge crack across my Prius. I called Safelite in Fairfield and immediately felt like I was getting good service. The woman who helped me (I’m so sorry I forgot her name) was friendly and professional. I got an appointment for someone to come out to my house to replace my windshield.
The day before, I got a confirmation e-​mail. The morning of, I got another confirmation e-​mail. About an hour before the technician arrived, I received a text message letting me know he was on his way.
Charles was my mobile technician. If you use Safelite in Fairfield, I hope you are fortunate enough to have him as your guy. He too was friendly and professional. Not only did he do a great job, but he was happy to explain everything he was doing every step of the way. He was meticulous in his work. I had a car that not only had an shiny new windshield, but it had clean windows and a vacuumed interior. Thank you Charles, you rock!

The molding around my windshield had came off in a car wash yesterday. After two other places in town told me they would have to replace my entire windshield I decided to take it in to Safelite. The guys were very friendly and were able to repair it instead of replacing my entire windshield. I would definitely recommend this place you can tell they know what they’re doing and the customer service was A1! They saved me hundreds of dollars.

I had to schedule an appointment to get a chip filled. I thought it would take minutes and I had an appointment. They wanted me to wait for a couple of hours until the technician could fix it. I couldn’t wait, so they were nice enough to take me to where I had to go. I arranged for a ride back. Went I got there it was all done, my car was vacuumed out, the windows were washed and you can barely see the chip. Everyone there was really nice. Great job guys!

Very pleased with the replacement service on my vehicle. Mobile technician Dale was very friendly and personable! After arriving at my home, Dale went right to work and actually finished before the estimated timeframe. It’s very refreshing to encounter businesses who employ individuals that are pleasant and efficient. Thank you.

My windshield was repairs in less than 1 hour and in my driveway! I paid much less than the 2 other quotes I received and those were for at a shop work. The service agent was very courteous and because there was a confusion on the timing, he gave me a credit for $ 13 to cover the early arrival fee.

I can’t believe places like this still exist… talk about hospitality! Not only did they take a personal interest in my situation they also found a place to fix the situation without any charge at all. Being in the military and not a local this is a rare find. trustworthy honest and very concerned about safety. I absolutely recommend them to any and everyone that has glass needs. Can’t thank them enough for all their help!

I had an untypical issue with one of my SUV’s back windows: the glass had fallen off the thing that makes it go up and down. I wasn’t sure if they could fix it, but my husband and I showed up at the shop anyway on our way to Costco.
We were taken right away and settled into the super clean and comfortable waiting area. Michael, the manager offered coffee while we waited.
Our technician was Ian, who took the time to explain what was wrong with our window and what he was going to do to fix it.
Both gentlemen were extremely courteous.
We were out of there a short time later, having paid a very fair price to fix the window.
The service at Safelite Fairfield was exemplary and we will gladly refer them to friends and family.

In one word the experience was GREAT! I had started with the national call center as I have a unique windshield they advised going to a install site to make sure the correct one was ordered. Went to Fairfield (10 minute drive) Mike greeted me, verified the window and they had one in stock. Total time in store about 90 minutes from verifying the windshield to driving home. Fantastic experience! Thank you.

Safelite responded to my email request stating that my issue slipped through the cracks and that they were sorry for the mistake. They sent me an email with the bill and I paid it, the check was cashed, and all is good. But I will most likely not use this company again in the future.

Daniel was professional, friendly, and quick to address a customer’s concerns.

Excellent services! There’s 2 guys with tattoos everywhere, were super nice totally professional.

My entire windshield was shattered back in June — it was undriveable. I called around, but there would be days of waiting for the part. This Safelite was recommended to me by a huge auto auction place nearby (they use it). I went online for a quote and appointment, and it was amazingly quick, and easy, especially since it was an unusual windshield. THey took me the next day.
Arrived for the appointment and was really impressed with the cleanliness of the place, and the great attitudes of everyone there. The car was in and out in about an hour. Other than the new windshield, the car was exactly as when I’d brought it in. Maybe cleaner even.
Fast forward February — there’s a leak. That evening, I call the toll-​free number for warranty, and apart from being extremely accommodating and apologetic, the person reassures me that this thing is covered for life (!). And manages to get me an appointment the next day (giving me a bunch of time choices!). I get there a little early accidentally — but they take me anyway. I’m in and out in an hour — with the same outstanding courtesy, smiles, and efficiency.

When my front windshield was cracked I called around for quotes. Safelite was actually recommended to me by other car repair shops. I choose Safelite because of the speed, location, recommendations and costs. Everywhere else was way too expensive!

Mike and Ian were soo amazingly helpful and quick with their service! I was quoted a wait time for a replacement of my windshield at 1 hour and 30 mins… it only took 45 mins!
They also vacuumed and wiped all the interior and exterior of my windows. I really appreciated the pleasant smiles they gave me. And I definitely would recommend them! Even though they aren’t the cheapest, they do offer a warranty and they stand behind their product.

I had two rock chips that quickly spread across my windshield due to the summer heat. SUCKS! Safelite had great reviews & is really close to my home so I chose them.
Customer service is outstanding. Every single employee is courteous. Each one that passed through the lobby offered either donuts, coffee, control of the TV, etc. Free things is always a perk folks.
Windshield replacement took about an hour and a half & cost was reasonable. Something about the new windshield feels panoramic. My car feels larger but the edges are blurry so I got dizzy driving home. Hopefully this will subside. I’ll update on the windshield quality. Fingers crossed that no more rock chips will burden my life!
Safelite is a winner.

Two rocks hit my windshield, one chip grew within seconds and continued until I got home. It measured approximately two feet. The other chip did not grow at all. I contacted my insurance company, they recommended a few companies that were reputable and I went with Safelite AutoGlass for the sole purpose that they come to your location within a certain time frame and they were available the next day. My insurance company gave me the time frame of 12pm-​5pm and notified me that they would come to my residence and would call me prior to arriving.
The next morning at 6:15am, I receive a confirmation email from the technician that will be servicing my window. In it, he lists the time frame and any other pertinent information (his name, company, contact information) and indicates he will call before he arrives. At 1:26pm, I receive a call from Geoffrey with Safelite — he confirms the address and the make/​model of the car & indicates he will arrive in approximately 15 minutes. He arrives and walks me through a few things, verifies that I know about certain dings/​dents/​knicks or pieces missing on the car — all is well & he tells me it may take up to 45 mins to an hour to get it done and then he gets to work. 25 minutes later, he rings the doorbell & states that my windshield is all done and that there weren’t any problems with it. He has my credit card on file from my insurance company and then states I can drive it within 45 minutes but no car washes until 24 hours from now. I cannot tell you how pleased I am with this level of service.
I’ve had one previous experience with Safelite AutoGlass in Phoenix, Arizona & they were stellar with their service too. I cannot say enough good things about Geoffrey & Safelite Autoglass, he was professional, courteous, prompt and knowledgeable. Many companies should take their queue from this Geoffrey & Safelite in Fairfield. They really know how to satisfy their customers!
