Nice people, but not sure they know what they are doing. I had my 2014 taxes done with this company and was told I could not claim my educational expenses. When I started asking my classmates if they had the same issue I found out I was the only student out of 38 that could not claim my educational expenses. I took my taxes to a different company this year and mentioned my issue last year. They said that should not have happened and corrected my taxes. I went from a $ 254 refund to a $ 1882 refund!!! Not happy I had to pay again to have my taxes amended. Just lost a client.

Being in the military and being TDY can present some unexpected challenges, let me tell ya! I was in a crunch and needed a notary right away! I am purchasing my first home and needed to give POA to my realtor, who happens to be a very good friend as well, to do the closing since it seemed that I would not make it home in time.
I zipped to the computer in the hotel and put Unilocal to work. Unilocal… one letter away from HELP! Boy, did I need it! I searched for notaries and saw Sharyn had the most review and highest ratings. Ok, I found a notary! Now, the only thing left was getting to her office. Thankfully, my crew had left the keys behind so I could drive the car. Away I went…
I showed up at Sharyn’s office and she took me right away. Whaaattt??? My bottom never hit the bottom of a chair in the waiting area? I explained the situation to her. I’m closing on my first home and I can’t be there to do it myself. I need to get this paper signed that the closing attorney sent to me. Right away, the pressure in my forehead went away and Sharyn reviewed my documents, checked my ID and grabbed her pen. I can’t tell you how much of a relief I felt.
I HIGHLY recommend the services of Sharyn to anyone in the Fairfield and surrounding area. She is a great person with a very welcoming spirit. Been getting my taxes there for several years. When I decided to go legit with my baking business she was so awesome about telling me all the things I needed to have. Have a list for me to track the whole year. Even directed me to state and federal resources to keep all my numbers and taxes straight. Super job.

Horrible. She has a major attitude problem and resorted to petty name calling and insults when she didn’t get what she wanted. She does not know all there is to know about taxes as her website says. She messed up my taxes and had to do them over. Oh and in the middle of everyone’s taxes she took a two week break. You’re better off just going to H and R block. They will get it done in half the time, and theres no attitude to boot.

Never ever going back to Terrible (Turbo) Tax after seeing Sharyn! Great price, speedy turnaround time, wonderful customer service, and top-​notch expertise. Looking forward to having her help with my tax preparation in years to come!
