Just came and got my Lexus RX! Exactly what I wanted. They were so friendly and open on Sunday. I believe his name was Al he got my car detailed and ready for me. Can’t really complain the car was clean. It had low miles and the price was so reasonable I will definitely refer this dealership to my family and friends. Thanks again guys

My wife and I bought a Dodge minivan from these guys last month. The process was smooth with no pressure and not much need to haggle about the price. So, that should be where the story ends, but it just began!
My wife noticed a wiggling left front headlight. She brought it to Al’s attention. At first he wanted to charge us for the price of the headlight ($ 115). After our test drive, he decided that he would pay for the light if I installed it. No problem! When the deal was done, he made mention that if we ever needed anything for the van maintenance wise to give him a call because of his working relationship with people in the automotive world. Initially I thought it was just something he tells every customer. Well, about five minutes after that statement, we inquired about about wanting a DVD player installed in the van. Without hesitation he provided us with numbers of people who install systems. We ended up having one installed a week later from his recommendation and for a fair price.
The story doesn’t end there. About the time we bought the van, I bought a commuter car from a private party. This car’s windshield had a sizeable crack that was surely only going to get worse. My wife and I discussed our options, and I got to thinking about Al from Solano Auto Outlet and his offer about the van and whether or not it would extend to the Honda. We were pleasantly surprised when he pointed us in the direction of a very talented auto glass guy.
During the course of him helping us with the auto glass guy, he made us aware of a recall on our van regarding the ignition. I normally would have heard about recalls and things of that nature because I follow news about cars, motorcycles etc. He took it upon himself to schedule an appointment with the dealer for us.
That alone is enough reason for the 5 star review. Al from Solano Auto Outlet is an honest businessman whom I will willingly refer to anyone looking for a used car.

I first came across this dealership a year and a half ago when i bought my 2008 accord from there. i just remember going to a lot of dealership and no treated me as good as these guys when they figured out i had bad credit they did everything they can to get me finance and they did even tho everyone else turned me down. these guys were very professional. My wife’s car just gave up on her last week it was time for her to get a new one so we decided to go back to them because we were very satisfied with our last experience we had with them and we are glad that we went back to them they worked with us to make sure we found a car that we liked and made sure it was affordable for us my wife loves her new corolla thank you solano auto outlet I appreciate what you did for me and my family when everyone else told us no I definitely recommend this place

So about 2 years ago I bought my first car from here and I loved it. When I was in the looking process there Al never made me feel pressured he always gave me my space and told me when the time comes he’s ready to help me out. He makes the whole loan and bank process a piece of cake. AL is there every step of the way to help me out. Then about a week ago I wanted to trade my car in and get something better. After 2 years of having my car it started having problems so I took it back to Al and he was more than glad to give me a good deal on my next pick. When I brought my broke down car to their dealership his workers were right there helping me figure out what was wrong with my car. He let me test drive what ever car I wanted to make sure I made the right pick for myself. Found what I wanted and drove away in my new/​used truck. He’s very straight forward in what he says. He’s replaced the battery for no cost in my first car and replaced the wiper fluid pump in my new truck for no cost also. Definitely a car salesman that makes you feel comfortable and is there with you every step of the way. My sister even went in a few days ago and financed her first car through him and she’s more than happy with the service and her new car. Thanks Al!
And I’ll make sure to think of you every time I go in reverse. Lol *inside joke*

Very unprofessional. The sales man was smoking as he approached us, when I asked to test drive a car he asked that we get approved for financing first. I found that rather insulting. And way too straight forward.
