Went in to hopefully upgrade my phone I could see that there was only one person running the store and he was finishing up with a customer which is okay but I walked in and first it wasn’t welcoming i work at a bank we are taught to greet each customer even when you are with someone else a least say hi ma’am ill be right with you but no i was ignored i sat there for 30 minutes waiting on service he walked past and directly in front of me and said nothing the customer service was horrible I will not return and i will let the manager know.

I wish there was an option for ZERO stars.
I spent 30 minutes at the Sprint store today that I will never get back and accomplished nothing but high blood pressure.
I took my work phone in to ask for help because I had received a new phone and was confused about what to do. The male employee who was attempting to set up an IPhone 6 for store display showed ZERO INTEREST in helping me. He NEVER stopped working on the display and had no intention of helping me figure out what was wrong.
My current phone (which I was attempting to replace) is not holding a charge, so in order to get anything done I needed to have it plugged in. There was an old charger plugged in that obviously has a short in it-​his reply when I told him the charger wasn’t working…“too many customers have «man handled» it”…again he did not offer to find another charger or offer any type of assistance.
We were told «the system was down», but when a female employee came in to the store she seemed to doing something on the computer. She also never spoke or even made eye contact with us.
We were there to activate a new phone, to buy a cover and headset for new phone. I was also going to purchase an IPhone 6 for my own personal use which we told him but he was too busy trying to set up the store display to even let me see one.
I surely hope that this employee isn’t paid more than minimum wage, I also hope he hasn’t had customer service training and isn’t responsible for training any other employees. I have seen more enthusiam from employees at a funeral home.
One very unhappy Sprint customer and believe me this will not be the only place I voice the absolute fail that I received from Sprint today.

I’d give this place just one star but the people who work here are so nice, I just can’t do it.
If you’re heading to this particular Sprint outlet for service, be prepared to wait. They are understaffed (so I was told) and consequently schedule one person on at a time. I assume the shifts can’t be too long, or maybe someone goes around town covering meal breaks or something. I don’t know the details, but I do know that I went to this store on three separate occasions — all three «weekend» days, Fri, Sat or Sun — and there was just one employee each time.
Like I said, those employees are a good reason to use this location. You could try getting there just after the place opens in the morning, be the first in line. Otherwise, don’t be in a rush.
