Or else, he was probably thinking 'oh, this bitch is white privilege' and he deliberately wiped everything clean then he had the fucking nerve to say: "I am not technical support." Then the asshole should have told me from the beginning. Those mother fuckers. He didn't take responsibility or apologize. He needs to work at McDonald's mopping floors. He's an idiot. Make sure to ask what they are going to do with your phone when they take it into their hands. Tell them NOT to do a factory reset. Make sure everything is backed up. The manager, Zak, is a nasty son of a bitch also.

Went to Verizon at 1201 Kings Hway in Fairfield. A moron named Da Mon reset my phone to factory setting without telling me. He also asked for the password of my email. Dummy me, I gave it to him. He SHOULD have given the phone to me and ask me to enter it. I originally went in because my calls were dropping, and my internet wasn't working. I walked out with a lot worse. Many of my photos were deleted. My call log from october 9th 2021 to July 18th 2022 were deleted. Apps were deleted. And those apps that weren't, all communications were lost Uber and Lyft, had to enter ALL info including cc info from the beginning. The fucking moron did not tell me he was doing a factory reset. Thus, he didn't tell me what the consequences would be. Either he was lazy and didn't want to work, or he didn't know what he was doing, or he deliberate did this. He asked for my email password. I'm not accusing him BUT he might have been up to no good... when I got home I changed my email passwords and my bank account passwords. This mother fucker held on to my phone for 2 hours. What the fuck was he doing? We'll find out in court.
