We are a small residential design firm that specializes in Custom Homes, Additions and Remodeling of existing Homes. We have experience in Coastal Design, Flood Zones and designing for the Hurricane Wind codes.

No project is too small not to include the services of a designer.

We offer a free no-​obligation initial consultation to discuss your project. We are experienced at Zoning, Conservation and Board of Health regulations and how they may affect your project.

We offer weeknight and Saturday afternoon appointment in addition to our normal business hours.

We highly recommend calling for an appointment as we may be out of the office on job sites or meeting with clients and would miss the opportunity to meet you should you decide to walk-​in without an appointment.

History

Established in 2005.

We have over forty years of design experience. We opened our doors as a full-​time design service in 2005 and have been located in Fairhaven since 2010.

Meet the Business Owner

Gary Brackins _​.

Business Owner

Gary has been involved in construction and residential design since the mid-70’s. His formal education was in civil engineering and worked locally for an engineering firm in Mattapoisett until he took his passion for Residential Design to the next level by opening our firm. Gary has successfully designed residential projects all over Southeastern Massachusetts, the Cape and Rhode Island since 1999.
