we don’t live in PA, but my wife works in Morrisville and when her car was damaged in the parking lot at her office, more than one person recommended Peruzzi so she had it towed there because it was close and our AAA only pays for a few miles of towing. I drove up the next day to get her things out of the car for her and to «check out» the shop since I wasn’t familiar with them. I was helped by Tony, who seemed to be in charge of the place, and I couldn’t have been more impressed. Although I am familiar with the industry and how repairs work when going through insurance; I asked a few novice questions just to see what the response would be. At no point did Tony talk down to me or seem annoyed at my dumb questions, and he even explained the process in more depth than I already knew. When our repair took longer than we thought it would due to parts being backordered on our vehicle, they called my wife and explained the situation to her, she was so happy with the way she was explained things that she immediately called me and raved about how nice the man was who called her. I waited to write this review until her car was complete, and now that it is I just have to say THANK YOU for a job more than well done, this is a brand new vehicle that was hit pretty bad and it looks amazing! I was impressed with both the professionalism of the front office staff and also the great work done by the employees in the shop. If I need collision work done again, I will not hesitate to go out of my way to bring my vehicle here.

Great body shop, high quality work with professional staff. You can tell how much the manager John cares about his customers, wouldnt take my car anywhere else.

Great people to do business with. I basically dropped off the vehicle and they communicated with my insurance company so I wasn’t stuck in the middle. John got me in and out of there with no problem.
