My family and I visited the Applebees after an extremely long day. We were seated and greeted by Destiny who was very pleasant and helpful. Everyone in my party ordered their meals and then it came to me. I ordered the potato twisters and a root beer. The waitress placed the order then returned and said that they were out of the twisters and asked if I wanted anything else. Since that was the only thing I had a taste for, I replied no. Destiny left the table then returned some time later with the food for the other people in my group. At this time, she informs me that the cooks were«just playing» and that potato twisters were available. Well, my party already had their food while the employees decided to play. I asked if she could speak with the night manager Sarah, to see if she knew that the cooks were playing around lying about not having food. My party overheard the manager Sarah say that she doesn’t understand what we want and happily continued her conversation with some patrons who were loud and using profanity. I was very disappointed that Sarah did not talk to her cooks about lying nor did she visit our table to apologize. I think her customer service should’ve been a lot better and I don’t think my family and I will return to that location again. They have lost my business.
