Called made appointment for front end alignment for my f150. Showed up they took my truck back and after waiting 30 minutes the sales associate Robert tells me they don’t have the software for my truck. Why didn’t u know this information to begin with? Don’t even know there own equipment but Ur suppose to trust them to work on urs. wasted my time.

This is my place for tire installations.
The bad: They are liars. Everytime you come in they will come up with something that needs to be done that costs at least several hundred dollars. Sometimes they catch something, but sometimes they lie. The best bet is to say no at least once either way (and after the first no the manager will offer to knock off at least $ 20 with a «I’m not really supposed to do this, but I’ll cut you a deal»). If you aren’t sure, stand by your no and take it to someone trustworthy (and don’t delegate to your spouse to say no or you may end up paying the stupid tax — they lie to men and women equally as far as I can tell).
The good, or Why I do business with them (repeatedly): For installing tires and doing alignments (esp with coupons) they have a great and do a good job. I also appreciate that they have pricing listed up front for many common services. If you need new tires installed (I buy through tire rack), this is a great place.
