Angelique, manager in Jewelry /​Makeup was phenomenal. She went the extra mile & made me feel special when I checked out. She answered all of my questions and made me want to come back & shop! She also was dressed very stylishly and her makeup was beautiful. Definitely a «Sears Model» if I ever saw one!!!
I also had the sweetest lady (in her 50’s?) who was organizing the clearance racks and she helped me find a few PERFECT dresses in my size. It was my first time at this Sears, and I was really surprised at their focus on personal attention! Thank you & I will be back!!!

Sears is like a toy store for husbands. My husband almost always gets his tools at Sears. He has found some good sales at this store, especially on a really nice tool box he recently purchased. We have been happy with the service at this Sears the times we’ve been here. My husband always looks for Scott who is very helpful and informative.

I don’t go into Sears unless I absolutely have to. Their tool quality has degraded to an unacceptable level ever since they merged with Kmart. I no longer buy the Craftsman brand as it doesn’t seem to last as long as it has in the past. Now it is complete junk. This particular store always seems to be about 5 to 10 degrees hotter than the rest of the mall. It makes it an uncomfortable shopping experience especially because I’m sweating.
