History

Established in 1990.

Almost everyone likes trees. They provide cool shade during hot summer days, and offer a serene setting to relieve the tensions of modern life. Trees add to the beauty and value of property and offer splendor and delight to the eyes. Trees have other beneficial effects: they provide the oxygen we breathe, reduce noise pollution, trap particulate air pollutants and absorb others. Trees also alter the micro climate of the site where they grow by shielding homes from cold winter winds or from the blistering rays of the summer sun. No matter the reason, aesthetic or financial, a tree is a sound investment.

Advanced Tree & Shrub Care is staffed by certified arborists, headed by the only Registered Consulting Arborist /​Board Certified Master Arborist in North Texas. Additionally, Advanced Tree and Shrub Care, Inc. is fully insured for your protection.

Forgot to update this review after the service was complete. The guys come out and did an excellent job. I’m planning to call them soon for a maintenance checkup for my trees.

Great at first meet and greet with estimate. However, that’s where it ended. We had to make a date change and service change that they couldn’t quite figure out how to update or modify a simple quote. Customer service are absolutely unaccommodating and sad. Who has time.

We are very happy with the wonderful job Advanced Tree & Shrub recently completed on our trees and shrubs. Dave, an Arborist, came out, made some recommendations, and developed a plan. Jeff and Ryan came out and did a fantastic job trimming the trees. I highly these guys. Megan handled each call and made sure every step was done right and on time. Overall our experience with Advanced Tree & Shrub was excellent.
We have recommended Advanced Tree to several neighbors.

Beginning with the contact in the office friendly, prompt, knowledgeable and last but not least professional. Tree care is expensive but (in my experience) very important. Therefore, I was willing to pay the cost.

We had two trees in our front yard that were not doing very well. After trying a few different solutions, we decided to give Advanced Tree & Shrub Care a call. They came by and immediately diagnosed the issue. We are very pleased with their knowledge, customer service and recommended solution.

The worst company you will ever want to deal with. Poor customer service. They make a mess and refuse to clean up.

These guys do great work. Very honest, very professional. They certainly know trees. They once told us that there was no point in working on the hackberries on our property line because of their limited life span. Boy, were they right!
That said, make sure to keep a copy of your receipt somewhere where you can find it again. I’m not sure that their bookkeeping is the best and it can be months before you know that your service order was not closed out properly. Don’t let that dissuade you. These guys are great. Just keep your receipt.
