After arranging thru my insurance company to have my car towed to the dealership Royal Towing told me that they couldn’t tow because they couldn’t put the car in neutral. I know cars can be towed without a key, it happens with abandoned cars all the time! I am NOT pleased with this company. They should have called yesterday to get this info instead of waiting till last minute.

My car died on a busy side street in Portland this afternoon. My insurance company sent Royal Towing, and though I would have preferred that they make it within ten minutes, they were there in 50 min, which was a solid 30 min faster than my insurance company estimated. Alex worked to get my car loaded quickly on a busy street, thinking fast and creatively. The truck was clean and comfortable, and conversation was pleasant. He also didn’t complain about traffic at all, which was a huge plus. These guys are professionals, at least this one guy is. I will use them again if needed (hopefully not), and highly recommend them if you do.

If I could give these people a zero I would. Very rude and treated my car horribly. Denied the damages he gave to my car, just completely lied. I will take him to small claims report, but if you are unlucky enough to need a tow from these people, make sure you take video of the entire process.
