Here at Rapid Moving & Storage, we are proud to be a locally owned and operated small business, located in Falconer NY. We have chosen to align ourselves with Stevens Worldwide Van Lines for interstate work. With Stevens, we are still able to fulfill the needs of our customers in an honest up front manner, but can now service customers nationally and internationally at competitive rates. We are very excited about the partnership and believe it will benefit our customers. Moving is stressful and many times overwhelming. We have set up systems and have the experience to mitigate that stress and anxiety. This is why we like to consider ourselves «your relocation stress consultants.» We feel that when you hire a mover, you are not only hiring someone to move your stuff, but you are hiring someone to help you navigate through the moving process. We want to be there for you when you need input or advice. We want to be the ones who can calm your stress and anxieties by handling all aspects of your move. We also feel that moving shouldn’t be so serious. While we are known for our extreme care and conscientiousness, we are also known for our upbeat nature. Rapid Moving & Storage has built a caring culture where we keep our eyes on the needs of the individual. Not just our customers, but our employees and community as well. We feel that if we treat our employees right, that they will treat you, our customer, right. There is no double standard, we have a high regard and respect for our employees and customers. I believe so much in treating employees right and building a positive company culture, that I take time out of my schedule to teach others about it at our local Community College.

We believe in transparency. We are open and honest about our pricing and billing procedures. We don’t want you to be surprised when you get your bill.
