This guys are awesome. Had vibration on my subaru, this guys diagnosed and fixed the front drive axle the same day!!! Price was fair and the car drives smooth!!! Would recommend this guys and planning to come back with my work vehicle soon that needs some work!!!

These guys are great! They have taken care of our family’s cars for years. They’re honest and good mechanics, which are harder to find than I’d care to mention. I always know when I go in that while I may not like what they tell me, it’ll be what I need to hear.

I have brought an Isuzu Trooper, a Toyota Sienna van, two MINI Coopers and two pick-​up trucks to the Model Garage in the past six years, and I have always been extremely pleased and grateful for the fast and expert services I have received on every occasion. Moreover, the charges for the servicing were well below what my factory brand dealerships would have charged, and I am quite satisfied that I had better diagnostics and attention-​to-​detail for my vehicles in the bargain, too. The customer service provided by the shop is truly outstanding, as well. The Model Garage is a wonderful example of a local business you are glad to patronize and trust, over and over again. Highly recommended.

I have been a customer for 15 plus years. First class service from Dennis and Steve. The service issues were handled correctly the first time. Not once have I ever had to take a vehicle back for the same issue.

This place is the BEST! They have been there for 28 years and are amazing. I have been taking my junkers there for years, and they always get us back on the road quickly. Today was another example of how they go the extra mile. I had my car towed in and didn’t have a ride home for myself and family. The owner himself drove us the almost 20 miles home!

Someone mentioned this place in my company and i thought would check them out for a regular oil change (compact car…) u wont beleive what the person at the front desk (looks like owner) quoted, 45 $. For a run down garage thats in a remote place where the rents/​salary arent high the price was way too much. The honda delaer would do it for less. I went straight to Jiffy lube and got my oild changed for 30 $.
I wouldnt recommond them based on the condition of the garage itself, but then again owner tried to riff me off!

Excellent service and great people. And it’s out in the country I really enjoy the ride on a beautiful day. The Road House across the street is a nice place to hang out while you’re waiting or to treat the friend who drove you all the way to Fall City. It reminds me of the garage my grandfather used to take the car to when I was a kid (quite some time ago).

My car was making a nasty noise, I was hoping it was just overdue for an oil change, but had plans to go over Stephens Pass that weekend and wanted to be sure it was okay. When I called for an appointment they said they were booked but when I told them I just wanted to be sure I could travel the pass safely, they said to bring it right in and made room for us.
Turns out that my timing belt and tensioner had gone bad… a big bad problem!!! The thing that is so awesome about them is that they told me that it should still be under warranty and that I should take it to the Honda Dealer for repair. They didn’t even charge me for diagnostics which took them an hour and a half!!! They could have not told me about the warranty and earned several thousand dollars repairing my engine. I took it to Honda and they replace the whole thing for free because it was under the power train warranty.
Model Garage is an ethical and caring business and I trust my family and our cars to them. I hope they get all the business they can handle, because they do work excellently and don’t try to rip anyone off.
I definitely recommend them wholeheartedly. They’re in Fall City, but totally worth the drive!

I am so grateful to have found an auto mechanic/​garage that is the real deal. I have had bad luck in the past especially with the dealerships — (stay clear from BMW Bellevue) and wasn’t even looking for a new garage to take all of our cars to.
So I freaked out the other day! My car acted up on the freeway. Took it over to Price Brothers Garage in Kirkland. Said it was an emergency. They said they couldn’t look at it for 5 days!!! Agh… so I called a friend who recommended Model Garage in Fall City.
I was impressed with their timeliness, got my car looked at right away. Also, when they realized it was something minor that needed to be fixed, they didn’t charge me a penny. I took our car in for an oil change and the price was right! I will be going back for sure for all my mechanical needs!
In this day in age, it is hard to find an honest, reasonably priced mechanic. I hope this will be my last stop in looking.
