Advanced Body Sculpting

These reviews are so true, this place is REALLY unprofessional and for the prices they charge they should be ashamed! I heard more about the receptionist, technician and her daughters problems than I cared to even imagine. I will find another place that offers these services and go elsewhere. I recommend doing the same.

I bought a Groupon for laser hair removal from this place. I found the woman, Tara, who does the hair removal a little too casual and unprofessional for my taste. She would only return every 3^rd message I would leave her to book appointments, and she failed to ever give me any information about the hair-​removal process or specific after-​treatment care. She did, however, give me a couple brochures for other treatments offered at Advanced Body Sculpting including one on labiaplasty (yeah, ladies, you can finally have your lady parts reconstructed) and another on a diet they administer there.
Fortunately, there was another woman there who I switched to after 2 treatments. She was far more thorough than Tara and gave me specific instructions for after-​procedure care.
Their website used to say that the laser worked on all hair and skin types, but did not mention that is does not work on hairs that have turned gray. I feel like that was a little misleading, and I mentioned it when I was there. I am not sure if they ever changed it, so just know that the laser does not work on gray or white hair. I felt that Advanced Body Sculpting got in over its head on this hair removing business. I was pretty disappointed with the place in general.
After 5 laser treatments (2 from Tara, which after the new woman, I feel were basically a waste of my time and money), I had minimal results. I have since purchased another Groupon at a different place, and after 2 treatments, am seeing much better results than I had with this place.
I would advise people to save their money and avoid laser hair removal from this business. My experience with Advanced Body Sculpting makes me feel that Groupon shouldn’t even allow them to make offers through them again.
