Firstly, the name has changed to Dynamic Garage Door Service. I had a great experience with Matt. He came when I had trouble getting same day service. He was pleasant and informative and then got the job done quickly and reasonably.

A good friend of us recommended us Matt services for fixing our garage door. The door bracket where the door arm is connected – pulling or pushing the door up or down – was off. The bolts that were holding the bracket had stripped out. Matt fixed the issue with a bigger and sturdier bracket more appropriate for our door. The original bracket was too small. Matt was fast, very nice, and even put some oil on the door and making sure everything was working smoothly. He even came back a couple of days later to fix a squeaking noise and didn’t charge for the second visit. I highly recommend Afficient Garage Door Service to anyone.

Matt is wonderful. He was on time, gave me an estimate. He didn’t try to sell me something. He was honest, told me what the problem was and what was needed to fix it. The Best! We called Matt to request an estimate and he arrived the same day and completed the installation the following day for two garage door openers. Afficient’s prices are very reasonable and quality of service is A+++. Matt is a true professional, ensures you are getting the best system for your money and completes a full checkout with you after installation. We bought the Liftmaster with WIFI monitoring/​open/​close capability. WOW! If you want your installation completed professionally, with top quality and no headaches… go with Afficient.

Met Matt at a street fair where there were several companies offering home improvement services. We needed many projects… I had many bad experiences with everyone I met at this fair except Afficient /​Matt. Matt called me and asked me about my project… I told him I wasn’t ready but asked him to call me back at a later date as I had a lot going on. He was not pushy at all. He called back and again I asked him to call back (later date). I received a call back and timing was great. I asked Matt to come out and he did. on a Sat! Free estimate, prompt, polite, excellent price and because of all that I asked him if he could take care of my garage door that day and he did. He is awesome. explained everything he would do first and had zero surprises for me. Efficient and professional, his knowledge is top notch. They repaired some supports, changed out the wheels in the tracks, replaced two other parts on the shaft and it’s working perfectly after being down for quiet some time. I really can’t say enough about him and his wonderful service. I will tell everyone about him. I am extremely pleased with his work. When I am ready to replace my door I won’t talk to anyone else. The garage door spring broke as we were on our way to an evening appointment. We struggled to raise the door, and had to leave it open all night. I called Afficient Garage Services the next morning. It was repaired by noon.
I was delighted by their promptness and, watching the repair, was impressed by the workmanship. Seeing the insulation was slipping out of bottom of the door, it was also put back in place for gratis. This is a one-​man small business in Fallbrook and I highly recommend it.

Garage door needed replacement. I had called Loewe’s & they were going to charge $ 45 for an estimate. I called Afficient because they were recommended by the HOA. I am glad I did. Matt came out the next day, provided a reasonable estimate & very good at explaining options. After we had the HOA approval, he came over and replaced the garage door & new motor. He said we could keep the existing tracks so save me money. He did a great job, did the work quickly. He is friendly & trustworthy. He placed stickers on the door with an 800 number just in case of emergency with the door. I highly recommend Afficient Garage Door Service. Good value, friendliness, trustworthy. Thanks Matt!

Friday night. My roll-​up garage door completely exploded off the tracks and nearly came down on both our cars after both tracks pulled off from the wall. Stressed out about how much this would cost, I started searching the internet. I called several companies and was very impressed over the phone with Matt from Afficient Garage Door. He came out the very next day… on a Saturday… and put it back together in under an hour. Matt was incredible… honest, timely, and best of all… extremely affordable. I easily could have been taken for a ride given the state of my garage door. But instead, he put it all back together using most of the existing parts. I never take the time out to write reviews for companies I work with, but I was so pleased with Matt and Afficient Garage Doors that I took the time to do so. Do yourself a favor and at least give him a call… and you to will see what I’m talking about.
