People in this establishment don’t know how to take an order correctly. They always mess up the preset. It’s too bad they are so terrible. I usually like bk in a hurry. but ordering a hamburger ketchup only and getting a hamburger with everything but ketchup makes you kind of hate the place… If I could I would give 0 stars…

Bad. Just bad. They get the order wrong all the time. My husbamd ordered the a1 mozzarella bacon burger and it wasn’t anything like it shows or sounds. There were no veggies as pictured and they used cheddar cheese! The burgers were completely flat as if a really heavy book was dropped on them purposely. Absolutely ridiculous and no reason for it.

This isnt about the food, its about the service. Young girl working there today got irritated when i asked for a receipt.(Yeah, it was just for a soda but why i need it is MY business and my right to have) and she literally handed me the receipt with a dirty look and slammed the drive-thru window. I gave 2 stars because rude girl gave me the correct change.

My grandson likes the burgers there but you always have to check the food before you drive away they always get it wrong. Last time I was there they were laughing when they handed me the burger and I got pissed off then I checked it and it was wrong. I asked them what was so funny. It was strange and sad messing with a nine year old is not cool it needs new owners or just close it down.

The worst possible service, not one time, but many times… the employees act like there doing us a favor by taking the order, bad attitude, when i finally get my food im scared to eat it. Always a wait… never«FASTFOOD» Had to get parked for a drink and a 3 piece french toast sticks, instead i would rather get my money back… still took forever just to do that… the next time i come through 2 items… Cant do it… too much… Tried to get my money back and never got the money back. Overall??? F for failure, Forget, Finshed, and this is the gods honest truth, i have a 10 y/o little girl and i have lived in north county since 2000. DONOTEATHEREPERIOD!!!

The manager is a asshole! Only cares about himself! They mess up on orders multiple times. Most of the mexicans there can’t even speak english! You go through drive threw and you end up waking 10 minutes just to get your order!

I am going to guess, that there is an absentee owner at this location. I ordered several items for my staff, and a Whopper for myself. I always liked burger kings whopper. didn’t they make a name for themselves with a «Have it your way» Fresh, grilled burger? I got instead, the worst $ 5.00 piece of carp. 8 hours later, I’m still pissed that I paid good money for this carp. I will Never… spend my money here again. Ever. This, Burger King has cooks and management that are producing food that isn’t edible. yeah. I’m pis sed off. Done.

Their frappé’s are discussing. They try so hard to copy their competition but it’s a no match! The wannabe rib sandwich was ok, but very small. Y can’t they just stick to their usual and stop trying to copy others.
