Established in 2009.

DK Construction Services was established in 2009 by Debra Kay Thelen. In 2011 DK became registered as an SBE, EDWOSB. Debra is a Licensed California General Contractor with over 16 years’ experience in the construction industry. DK has experience in the following;

Meet the Business Owner

Debra T.

Business Owner

Debra was born and raised in Billings, Montana where she attended courses at Eastern Montana College and Montana State University. She grew up in the Bull Mountains on a family owned saw mill and family owned cattle, sheep and horse ranches. Growing up in the lumber mill industry gave her a love for the smell of fresh cut lumber and the building industry. Debra has owned and operated two previous successful companies in Montana. In 1995 Debra sought a career as a forensic field inspector for litigated cases, involving both plaintiff and defense experts. Her invested years in the Construction industry have taken her to many interesting Architectural and Construction challenges, where she has actively reviewed and analyzed thousands of cases. Those expert, comprehensive services have been used by clients, for successful resolutions since 1995.
