I have never tried reiki before, but my wife suggested I try it for my chronic back and shoulder issues. Lauren was great to work with and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. After the session I felt rested but energized at the same time and immediately noticed a difference in the discomfort I had prior in my back. Recommended!
