The drive through food service people are pleasant and the grilled chicken is a reasonably healthy, yet tasty dinner meal. The $ 5 fill up is a deal and a half.

Decided to have lunch here during work and as soon as I entered a gentlemen named Aaron fantastic customer service smiles and jokes all around. But at the same time perffesional food was great I ate at the reastutant and the young employee with constant checking up on me to see if I enjoyed everything pleased me very much. I highly recommend this KFC over any!

The chicken is cooked to perfection and the customer service is just as good. The cashier was very helpful and belive his name was Christian. He made sure i was taken care of i highly recommend this restaurant

I wasn’t going to post anything because I did speak to the manager on duty at the time about the issue, but after waiting in the drive thru line while the idiot before me asked numerous questions, wanted to change everything on the menu, etc. etc., then paid with a $ 100 bill, taking over 10 minutes to order, then another 10 at the window while they scrambled for change, I backed out, as did 3 other cars, and went inside (the others left). I told the manager perhaps the very patient drive thru attendant should have asked the other person to come inside to discuss every aspect of the menu, I mean it’s KFC for goodness sake. He offered me a free drink and apologized, which was nice, but then I got my $ 23 worth of over cooked, dry and hard chicken tender-​misnomer– and sauce-​less cole slaw meal, and I was done. Food was terrible, and definitely not worth the money.

Fernando is a terrific manager who goes out of his way to make sure you get what you want at the best price. I’m a regular and look forward to his service. Love the fact that the music represents the owners character.

The staff is very friendly and Mr. Rodriguez accommodating, However, the past 2 times we have been thru the Drive Thru at dinner they have been out of White meat, who runs out of white meat at dinnertime at a chicken restaurant? Obviously more people are eating white meat and so the manager or owner should be increasing his allotment and decreasing the other chicken parts. Twice now! Kind of fed up. My husband was offered a «free» beverage… a «small beverage»…Thank you. I really want to see Fallbrook restaurants succeed but it ain’t going to happen like this.

Been to the place a few times and each time the staff has been friendly. They help with the menu if any questions and at times help with suggestions with other special offers. It is pretty cold so take a jacket. Parking isn’t the best either.

Visiting Fallbrook yesterday on spring break. decided to have lunch at KFC in Fallbrook on Mission… Let me just tell you there is a guy that works there. name

came in… Whoever owns KFC. or manages it. needs to promote this guy… Food
was also great… but this kid. made my day… you do not always see a happy employee… Thanks

They serve overly salty, old and over cooked chicken strips. So old that it’s extremely hard and crusty that you taste nothing but staleness and chicken less… chicken. My coleslaw was not cold and my biscuit were hard and stale. On the plus side… Mash potato and apple pie bought them up to a 1 star. It is not ok for a business to serve old food.

Got a really crappy dinner served to us tonight. Overcooked chicken so bad you could not chew some parts. Biscuit was overcooked and hard. Steamed veggies were brown. Guess it was all the food that didn’t sell during normal dinner rush. Too bad we took the meal to go. Too much trouble to go back. This location is now on my AVOID list.

What a nice, clean and friendly KFC! The owner was behind the counter serving food and taking care of customers. Nice guy. Definitely one of the better KFCs.
If you’re in Fallbrook I would recommend this place.

haven’t had much from here so i cant say much. my initial visit here was quick and easy. the food is greasy. second visit i just ordered a snacker. service was quite quick through the drive thru

This KFC will always be remembered as one of the only KFCs I have been to where they have great Coleslaw. I live in L. A and I miss this place and its chicken and coleslaw.
