I’ve been to Pro Tire on several occasions and only experienced one situation, which was thoroughly addressed by the owner, Gary. Everyone there is professional and very committed to addressing your needs. I find it very hard to trust garages with my classic, but I trust Pro Tire. In short — Top Notch auto repair facility.

Gary the owner and Kevin, Service Manager of Pro Tire are the BEST! I have know both of them professionally for over 12 years. Every time I visit his facility it is both clean and inviting, with a hometown vibe. Quality is what Gary expect from his team and they always deliver. If you are looking for a fair and honest auto repair shop in Fallbrook you will not be disappointed here!

I enjoy going here. Because they always give it to me straight. No hassles and my car runs great when I leave. Wish there were more auto shops like this place. Make sure that if you have a car issue stop here and get it done right the first time.

Took my 2002 PT Cruiser into this shop because my car wouldn’t shift into reverse. A couple other ships told me my clutch was bad. When I took it into Indy they diagnosed just the bushings were bad. Saved me a lot of money. Thanks to Gary and his professional team. Highly recommended.

Terrible customer service. I was there with an emergency and not 1 person would even talk to me. They guy at the counter was a raciest and let me stand there in need for over 20 minutes. An older white lady came in and he jumped up and help her as if I wasn’t even there. I have to drive to another tire shop on my rim towing a trailer. Good luck with their service. Never have I had this much disrespect.

Real good guys. Bought a set of tires there for a great price, caught a nail a year later and they gladly fixed it for free. Even rotated the tires as well. No upsell attempt, no bull, just good old fashioned service.
