History

Established in 2006.

According to the famous historian Herodotus, in the year 600 BC lived a merchant banker who operated throughout western Asia Minor. This man’s name was Pythius and he was the first banker in the ancient world of whom we have record. The reason we chose the name Pythius is because it transcends antiquity while casts vision for the quality of service we want to provide/​

Like the original Pythius, we hope our company earns the right to be heard for a long time. With that said, we always looking for ways to improve our service and product offerings. Our goal is to create an amazing experience for every client. That’s not always possible, but it is our aim. We feel by hiring people with exceptional character, strong skills and a desire to impact people in a positive way will bring about this experience more times than not.

I’ve been in the mortgage industry for almost 10 years. Pythius Home Loans, Inc was founded in 2006. With the help of some exceptional people, we’ve seen our company grown into one of California’s premier mortgage banks.
