I called and left a message. Received a text in response. Set up an appointment for later that day. No show. No word.
I texted the following morning to see if they could come by that day. No response. No word.
They were my first call because when I googled them and saw their house on the map I figured ok he’s a small guy like me, «I own Upton Air inc,» who has his office in his house. I always try to give the little guy a shot and hope the karma comes back around. But a word of advice, even if your busy communicate with your customers! Especially when your paying lots of money every month to advertise yourself on a review based website. Nothing encourages someone to write a review more than poor customer service. Good luck with your business.

Emailed 2 weeks ago through the contact form on their website to get an estimate to trim trees and never heard back from them. Tried to call today during business hours and it rings forever before going to a voicemail that only reads back the phone number rather than a professional business greeting… they have a beautiful website, but doesn’t seem like they are still in business, or they just don’t care. Moving on.
