Sage Yoga Studios is as unique as our students. We offer classes to all levels. Beginners will enjoy our Yoga 1 class and our Beginners Workshop. Our advanced students that are looking for a serious workout will leave feeling fulfilled with our 60 minute Sculpt class (yes … 60 minutes in the heat with weights!). We also offer Kids Yoga, Teens + Tweens, Pre & Post-​natal Yoga, Meditation/​Energy, Svaroopa, MELT, Yin, Yoga 2, Dance Yoga, Hot Yoga, Heated Fusion, and Sculpt w/​heat. Maybe you just want some one-​on-​one time with a Private Class or even a sit down session with our Certified Yoga Therapist. Still need some variety? Every Friday at 6:00 pm we offer a Community Class in which the teacher volunteers their time and selects a charity for all proceeds. This Community Class is a great way to bring in something not normally on the schedule (i.e. a special class for runners). On Wednesdays we have teamed up with the Connected Warriors program to give back to our Active Duty, Family Members, and Veterans with a FREE class tailored to our service members. With almost 50 classes on the schedule every week, private classes, community classes, and workshops … We hope to have you covered.

Want to further your practice even more? Sage Yoga Studios is a Registered Yoga School (RYS 200 + RYS 300) and a Registered Children’s Yoga School (RCYS).

Meet the Business Owner

Reyna B.

Business Owner

Reyna has been practicing yoga for over 15 years (including through 2 pregnancies). She completed her 200-​hr teacher training at Sage Yoga and is teaching Hot Yoga, Heated Fusion, Sculpt, Yin and Prenatal. She will be completing the RYT 500 certification course later this year. Reyna was born and raised in Fallbrook and was lucky enough to travel the world with her Marine husband, Lee. They moved back in 2007 and are raising their 3 children here. Reyna is also very passionate about natural and alternative healing and has made it her personal goal to inspire as many people as possible and help them take control of their health and wellness in order to live a more beautiful life.
