San Diego Appraisal Services has been serving San Diego and Riverside since 2002.

Although we are located in Fallbrook we do offer appraisal services in all of San Diego County and also offer services in the Riverside /​Inland Empire area as well.

Our excellent standards of service includes quick turnaround times with high quality reports. I am a fully licensed certified appraiser and real estate broker approved with most lenders and FHA approved.

I have a broad range of experience in all types of residential dwelling including large estates, land, multi units, condominiums, manufactured homes and unique properties.

My focus is to help property owners who need appraisals for bankruptcy, estates, tax remedies, marriage dissolution, pre-​listing pricing, buying or selling and many other needs requiring real property valuations.
