Wash Me Please Car Wash

i was pleasantly surprised by this place. i tried calling a few days before for an appointment, but it just rings with no voicemail. that’s fine, i showed up friday at 10 figuring they’d be open.
i pulled up and wanted my seats steam cleaned because i’m trying to sell it. he explained the different price/​package options and was very friendly (please know– prices differ from what someone has posted a picture of!). i asked how long because i was going to wait, he said 45 – 1 hour.
they have a covered waiting area where you can see your car being washed, or you can go wait inside. every one was outside and it was pleasant. total took about an hour and a half, but it was worth it!
for $ 90 the outside was washed well, all inside windows washed, mats cleaned (and they were pretty dirty!) and all seats steamed and clean. seats weren’t perfect but exceeded what i would expect for that price.
the guys cleaning the cars definitely work really hard. they were never standing around or being slow. they have a tip jar where you wait, which is really convenient.

Got the car washed last weekend. Second time I’ve gotten a car washed there. Both times the exterior looked fine but even the simplest interior clean up is done poorly.

— Like everything else in life, you get what you pay for.

Place is decent, not great but not bad. I would say average. I’ve had better washes from the local drive-​thru in town for half the money. They seem a little disorganized, very poor waiting area, and have a lot of real estate to accommodate better. I hope they improve over time,

Andrea has great customer service. Great addition to the team. I was there previously and the other cashier was a robot. Thank you to the guys detailing the car. 4 stars only because I wanted the regular wash but asked how much extra just get tire dressing, he bumped me up to 17.99

Decent, but a few places were mixed and their only really waiting area was right in the sun which kind of sucks on a hot day.

Today I experienced the worse interaction between management and ownership. I have never been treated so rudely by two men in my entire life. I was passing through town while visiting my parents so I dropped off my new Durango R/​T and was asking for pricing for a fun detail in and out. The young boy tells me $ 150, so I say okay lets do it. Then the manager approaches and says no you need the headliner detailed as well so its going to usually be $ 250 but I will do for you $ 200. Mind you I am the ONLY customer during this 30 minute period. So I say okay politely accept the over priced detail and proceed to pay. I return 5 hours later as advised. The front windshield is smudged, blurry, foggy, greasy, inside and out! Then I look inside my vehicle and the headliner was NOT even done. Then I do a walk around and bring to their attention that the matts are even dripping wet all over the ground as I pulled them out of the trunk to inspect. I walk over to the manager who is sitting on the curb smoking and Im walking towards him and he carelessly asks what I want. After I tell him about the headliner he says «SO». I said I want my money back please or at least what you charge for head liner cleaning. He offers me $ 20 and will NOT let me speak to the owner. He nor any of the girls in the building could figure anything out. I finally get on the phone with the owner as I had to raise my voice at this point asking for the owner multiple times and the manager just keeps talking over me saying so who cares. Then the owner resolves it by giving me $ 20 back which was an insult and does not even fix any of the issues. I will definitely NEVER being going back to that joke of a business. Rude, horrible, arrogant, men that run this car wash. Needless to say I wasted $ 200 minus the $ 20 refund.

Due to the limited amount of car washes in Fallbrook I have no other choice to come here being that the other car wash is out of date and dirty. I have been here plenty of times to the point where they know what kind of car wash I want. They are extremely over-​priced for the quality of work that they do. My windows are always smeared and there is always dirt remaining on my car floors. I had just recently paid $ 40 to get my car waxed and I couldn’t believe the job that they had done. I have never felt the need to go out of my way to leave a bad review, but for all of the money I have spent and the continued poor work they do on my car — it’s only right I warn any potential customers

I use this car wash because it is convenient located close to my work. They always do a decent job and are friendly. They seem a little more expensive for enhanced services Dan car washes in nearby cities. Having grown up in the area 40 years ago, I’m glad there’s an alternative to the local car wash it hasn’t changed a whole lot in all those years as they need the competition. That place is a complete dive and I have had some run ins with supervisors there over the years. I have used detail services along with just regular washes at wash me please. Only complaint is that I have my Jeep washed at three other car washes on a regular basis with no questions asked but this one says it can’t go through their machine as it has a large aftermarket spare tire on the back.

Came to get my car washed. They are closed. Says they are open. I called before I came– no answer.

I have visited this establishment three times and it only gets worse, the third time with my Toyota Sienna. There were a total of 3 customers, and about 9 employees. I picked a «full service «wash where they vacuum the car. Extremely dissatisfied !! Them did not vacuum behind the second row, the back window still had dirt that not been washed off, they did not even pick up the mats when they vacuumed. I had to ask that they do that and they only removed the mats for the front driver seat … And they forgot the air freshener’s they included in the package. I asked that they put them in. How can I say this… «Detailing «should be included in their marketing materials. I will not return here, AVOID THIS PLACE and go to the «Hand car wash «in Fallbrook

Would have given them 4 stars if the entire staff didn’t chain smoke where the guests sit and wait for their car. Every time I bring my car they forget to vacuum and/​or wipe down my third row. Third time wasn’t a charm

HORRIBLE service and quality sucked. I will never do business with these people again. When I first called I was told I was speaking to Sal the manager as I gave my complaint he hung up on me intentionally. Then I called again and asked to speak to Vince, the owner, since I was told before that I was speaking to Sal. Turns out Vince had lied to me and said he was Sal in the first phone call. He also refused to give me an email to contact anyone with and then threatened me. Now all I was doing was trying to find a way to file a complaint. I believe they are doing something sketchy there and do not recommend doing business here.

This is our go to place. The price is excellent. They pay attention to detail. Very honest and polite. Ran 2 cars through today, both took less than 20 minutes. They offer many types of washes, from run it through and you vacuum, to full clay wax detailing. They do their best to make customers happy.

The worst experience! When it was brought to the managers attention he said, next time you can have a free wash. Too bad I won’t be going back there. I asked when I first pulled up the best option to have the interior wiped down, to get the dust etc wiped off, they suggested a wash, $ 25. After waiting 40 minutes for them to finish I got in and the inside was not even touched!!! The manager said they wiped it down with a wet cloth, but when I ran my finger across the dash it was still dusty and dirty. He couldn’t defend that, so that’s when he offered me a free wash.

I had my car washed and waxed over 2 months ago and it’s still so smooth, your hand glides right across it. Best wax job this car has ever had! Only 4 stars because they didn’t vacuum the trunk. I’ll open it next time before walking away. Thank you!

I just got done driving cross-​country and I must have hit every bug in Texas. They were very meticulous, getting all door jams and every dried and caked on bug!
I will definitely be coming back again. I highly recommend this business!

They do a decent in spite of it being washed by a machine. I think it’s a tad pricey for what you get with the non-​detailing car washes and they try and push the more expensive ones every time I’ve gone. They do have coupons in the Village News though.

They did a great job cleaning my car! I had it washed. The best car scent ever they put inside it smelt tropical like Hawaii! They did great with removing the debris off my headlamps and got it waxed! Thank you so much! :)

Normally I don’t like going to these places because they just want to get cars done as fast as possible. This place took their time and paid attention to detail. All I got was the super wash and it was perfect. There were at least 4 workers that were cleaning my car, inside and out.
Even though it was the automatic car wash it came out spotless and I was impressed! I would take my other car back for a hand wash and a complete detail. This place puts more on quality and taking their time which has become very uncommon at car washes.

This car wash is DETAIL ORIENTED! I wanted a hand wash as my ‘baby’ never goes through a mechanical wash. I got the top-​of the line wash. They hand-​dried the wheels, carefully getting into the spokes. Crevasses and seams were air-​blown. Door frames were wiped down. The top wash includes protectorant on outside plastics. not only did they dress my wheels and splash guards, they treated my roof rack!
The price for this treatment is steep at $ 30, but the service and care (there were 4 guys working on my minivan) is worth it. If you want only the best for YOUR ‘baby’, this is the place.
They also have a mechanical wash option that is more affordable. You will still get the detailed hand dry.
These guys EARN their tips, so don’t forget to bring some extra bucks with you.
