Bob and his crew rebuilt our koi pond after it collapsed based on a bad job by another contractor. They did an awesome job and made it much nicer. We have used them ever since. We have had a few leaks that were caused by us rearranging edge rocks to keep our dog from drinking from the waterfalls. They come out promptly when we screw things up :-) We have them come out once a year to do a spring cleaning again an awesome job.

To tell you a long story short when we purchased our house almost 4 years ago Waterscape Creations was already servicing the pond with the previous house owner he was very happy with then so we kept them for about 6 month. The service was good but pricey so I found different company who we kept for about one year and we noticed realized you get what you pay. The pond didn’t look nearly as nice as it did before and I had to call the guy almost every 2 weeks to ask to clean up here to clean up there. He was a really nice guy don’t get me wrong but he didn’t do a good job keeping the plants looking nice. Long story short I called Waterscape creations and now I am happy every time I look at my pond, it’s clean all plants are looking great !!! I learned my lesson.
