Cici’s pizza. Heading to Cici’s is like having that extra drink or two you know will put you over the top during a late night bender. You almost instantly regret it and certainly will regret it the next morning BUT it seems like the best decision in the world at the time. Growing up, going to Cici’s was a real treat. The $ 1.99 buffet was unbeatable and made for a great family evening. My favorite back then and even today is the cheesy garlic bread. I am pretty sure there is no real garlic nor cheese present but it sure is delicious! Fast forward a couple of decades to my recent visit. My expectations were set very low and I hoped Cici’s would exceed all hopes I had for a very average lunch in the burbs. I may have set those low expectations a tad too high. For starters, the buffet was 6.49! I know there has been some inflation since I frequented this spot years ago but over 300%? Maybe the quality went up so I had to try it nonetheless. The crowd definitely made for some interesting people watching. There were stare downs at the buffet with people, ok mainly kids, waiting for the freshest new pies. I opted to play it cool and casually hit the buffet after the mobs had passed. I was determined to have some of their advertised stuffed crust pizza. However, everytime I hit the line it was all gone! I finally stepped up my game and bypassed the juveniles by going straight to an adult. The 17 year old I talked to said no problem and a new stuffed crust would be out in 5 minutes. This time I was not going to be defeated so I waited at the buffet and claimed victory. How sweet it was! The stuffed crust may have taken over the garlic cheese as a new favorite at Cici’s. Too bad it will be another decade or so before I return for the mediocre pizza with questionable ingredients that taste like high school.

Avoid this place. The food was low quality and tasted mediocre. The whole place was dirty and unsanitary – the tables, the floors, the food counter, the bathrooms – everywhere. The bathrooms were disgusting with toilets clogged and tissues and trash scattered on the floor. There was even a leak in the ceiling that dripped on some unsuspecting customers.

Let’s face facts and acknowledge this place for what it is: cheap, low quality pizza that you feed to your caravan of kids because that’s pretty much all kids want. Every time you’re here, you’re surrounded by tables full of children either running around, playing on their ipads(even though they’re like, 6 years old), or piling 10 slices of pizza onto one plate. Why does my childless-self come here with my husband on occasion, then? People watching. Finding humor in the utter lack of expectation for the place.

As a teen I loved this place, but then when I came back on a whim years later. big mistake. The pizza there all taste pretty bad and the tables are in bad condition. All nasty and sticky, I won’t be coming back to cici’s.

What can I say? The pizza just okay, the salad(nice selection) the pasta… nasty. If you have small kids who love pizza it’s an okay place.

Cici’s, oh Cici’s. You haven’t changed a bit. This was my first time coming to the Arlington version of the chain pizza place. I gotta say it was just as any other Cici’s I’ve ever been to. For $ 6 + the price of a drink, you can gorge on all you can eat sub par pizza, salad, and pasta and then feel bad about yourself afterwards. It’s pretty much in line with what you’d expect. Meh food, kids running around all over the place, and questionable sanitation. That being said, if you’re looking for a place to take a large group of children and let them run around a little bit, this could be the perfect place!

Went because we had a family day with the kids. Kids loved it… But I did notice a few things… 1. Food was slow coming out to the pizza bar… I feel as though with a buffet, there should’ve atleast 1 back up when a dish runs out. 2. I noticed food was slow coming out to the bar due to their Carryout orders. 3. The Manager was on top of things soon as he noticed. For example, organizing the salad bar and utensils. I ordered 20 wings when we first paid in the front, upon walking in. These wings took forever we didn’t get them until towards the end of our order… We ended up taking them home. Please note that when you order wings, the sauces are in small dipping containers. They aren’t dipped for example like regular buffalo wings. Oh but they take tips. I would go back for the kids, minus the wings. P. S. Go early! Before 4pm

Come on, when you go to Cicis you know what you’re getting into. Bathroom nasty, Mac and cheese pizza is gross, messed up buttered bread, and the chick in front of me took all the stuffed crust pizza when they brought it out yet I was shocked. Still, I come. Why? Because it’s cheap and my daughter can run around and smile while Michael Jackson plays over the speakers.

Horrible. Food was not cooked all the way, the bathroom was disgusting and as soon as I got 1 slice of pizza, 2 tour buses pulled up with the rudest group of people ever. Of course there wasn’t even enough food cooked when they walked in so they took everything remaining.

I liked the food. but I didn’t like the way the Hispanic guy(I believe is the store manager) talked to another manager(Hispanic lady with glasses) he treated her with disrespect and also when I asked to have an Italiano pepperoni with sausage and jalapeños he said we have a pepperoni with sausage out I can give you the jalapeño separate. hes lazy and I like my pizza fresh.

It was my first time going there with my family and this one SUCKED!!! the place was a mess the only thing decent was the soup and salad but everything else wasn’t good some of the pizzas look like they were burnt. I don’t expect no gourmet meal cause you get what you pay for but still it could of been better than that… definitely NOT coming back !

First time ever! For the price what do you really expect. Some co-workers and I were driving around looking for the auto parts store and when we were finished we decided to go here real quick for lunch. It was just ok. Plenty of hot pizza which was fair and the desserts were ok too. I would say the pizza is on par with Pizza Hut. Our table NEVER got cleared and the table was sticky to boot. There was one person waiting tables and she was cursing in Spanish as she«threw» plats onto her cart. Yikes. Other than that everything else service wise was fine. It was cheat day for myself so I let loose and opened up the belt another notch. I didn’t count but my co worker said I ate 23 slices, lol. Would I come here again? Probably not, but Cici’s is off the bucket list!

The quality reflects the all you can eat price of $ 6 for lunch. My comments or review therefore will be skewed but let me try to be as unbiased as I can. There were at least 8 kinds of pizza; a plain and veggie, a bacon-cheddar pizza with a «try me today» sign. I’d give the quality a 5 out of 10 at best. Then again; I was clear of my bias; I shouldn’t have been here.

Service is awful. Dirty plates were rarely collected. I asked the people behind the counter to get some new soup because it was pure water and all I got was an «It’s okay, it’s all the same,» followed by stirring the soup and walking away. The food is worse. I’ve eaten at various Cici’s Pizza locations around the country and this is by far the worst tasting food I have ever eaten. This is the first time I have not come out of a buffet with my stomach full.

Upon approach, the windows are covered in dirty hand prints — almost so much that you’d think the lower portion of the windows are frosted. The interior is par for the course for this type of, dare I say, «dining» — dirty floors, sticky counters and tables covered in used dishes, cups, bowls, silverware and discarded napkins. The drink fountain is a nightmare of sickly tasting pop and suspect brewed teas. The staff was rude(wasn’t willing to make fresh pizza, just kept saying«Five more minutes» or outright ignored customers), the food was practically inedible(heat lamps are turned up WAY too high) and… COCKROACHES. Yes, folks, that’s right. Cockroaches crawling on the walls right next your table. Which means those little buggers are crawling and excrementing EVERYWHERE. When we alerted the manager to our little friend he said, «Not again!» and left the counter area with a napkin to try to kill it. When he came back, unsuccessful, he explained that they were coming from the Burlington Coat Factory next door… YEAH… The clothing store is chock full of cockroaches… Not the place you’re managing that is covered in a thick film of cockroach food… I requested a refund and was promptly given one — the only«good» part of the experience. Added bonus — I’m pretty sure I have food poisoning, hence the 2AM review from my bathroom. If you choose to eat here, keep the Health Department on speech dial.

I have a thing for AYCE buffets, so I had to check out Cici’s Pizza. This restaurant originates from Texas, and they are known for their endless pizza, pasta, salad, soup, and dessert. I think the concept is cool — AYCE pizza? And, not just one style of pizza, but with different crust and different toppings. The selections of pizza include: Alfredo, BBQ, Buffalo Chicken, Classic Chicken, Ham & Pineapple, Hog Fest(bacon, Italian sausage, sliced ham, pepperoni, tomato sauce, cheddar, and pizza cheese), Italiano Pepperoni & Sausage, Olé(beef crumbles, lettuce, spicy red sauce, cheddar cheese), Pepperoni & Beef, Pepperoni & Sausage, Spinach Alfredo, Zesty Ham & Cheddar, Zesty Veggie, Bacon Cheddar, Beef, Cheese, Deep Dish Pepperoni, The Meltdown(Parmesan, Romano, and shredded Italian pizza cheese with Italiano sauce and oregano seasoning), Italiano Garlic, Italiano Veggie, Mac & Cheese, Pepperoni, Pepperoni & Jalapeño, Sausage, Veggie, and Zesty Pepperoni. They also have garlic breadsticks and garlic Parmesan knots. Pasta includes cooked cavatappi noodles with marinara or Alfredo sauce. Soup & Salad includes chicken noodle soup, garden salads, pasta salad, Italian salad, and make your own salad with a selection of ingredients/dressing. They also added wings to their menu, with an additional fee — you have a choice of hot & mild, buffalo, bbq, or garlic Parmesan for the sauces, and it’s not an AYCE option, but your choice of of 2, 4, or 6 wings(or even more). Desserts include brownies, apple dessert pizza, cinnamon rolls, and Bavarian Dessert Pizza(Bavarian cream filling with sweet crumb topping on a dessert pizza crust). I usually stick with the Mac & Cheese pizza, as that comes with cavatappi pasta and macaroni pasta with cheese sauce, topped with Italian pizza cheese on a regular crust — it’s cheesy, and I like the pasta bits on it. The BBQ Chicken pizza is also good with their chunks of white breast chicken with a tangy creamy buffalo bbq sauce on top. For the salad, I usually stick with their Italian dressed up salad as it is fresh, and I just add more olives to it. For dessert, the Cinnamon Rolls are really good, especially if they’re right out of the oven, and it’s fresh and melty with frosting. If you’re in a the mood to stuff your face with a variety of decent-tasting pizza, Cici’s is an option. In addition, if you don’t see a pizza item/topping you don’t like, you can also request for the pizza chef to make one for you. Don’t expect something spectacular as this is a buffet! Service is always friendly, and they are very efficient in clearing up your used dishes. Definitely a popular place for kids, families, and others who are looking for a cheap meal. +Mac & Cheese pizza +Buffalo Chicken pizza +hot & fresh Cinnamon Rolls +AYCE +can request specific pizza if not available

Blah. Cici’s is Cici’s what can ya get. Pizza is alright, not the best I’ve had and a little dry if you don’t get any fresh slices right away. Salad bar was meh, nothing much. I paid $ 5.30 for the buffet(this is with water cups). Wished I had gone else where for lunch but my coworkers insisted we come here instead. Anywho, if you do come here get pizza slices that are FRESH right out of the oven. It taste better, if not enjoy the dry pizza.
