I like this store.
Every time I have ever needed anything (most stores do’nt carry what my cars need) they have had it in this store, or if not on site they were able to get it delivered 1 to 2 business days. I can usually just call and pick up two days later.

PS: Never had my feeling hurt while there. Staff not exactly handing out free candy and such, but then again, its a car-​parts store for christ’s sake!

Very unfriendly staff. No wonder I never see anyone in there (in addition to having poor stock).

Falls Church, VA
Great place to stop in for parts you might need right away. Selection is pretty good and they are happy to answer questions over the phone. Prices are a bit higher than online, but then again, there’s no shipping, and you can get to work right away. I’ll definitely come back here next time a light blows out on the car, or I need to do some cheap repairs.

Friendly staff. They seemed knowledgeable and willing to help me find the parts that I needed. The staff also helped me price out some parts so that I could compare prices to what I was quoted at a mechanic’s shop.
Way better than any Advanced Auto Parts store.
