I hate even giving this company one star. I signed up for the move out special for $ 99 and had to add flea and tick treatment as per my lease agreement. When the gentlemen showed up, about 20mins late, we walked through the house and he then told me it would cost $ 250 and they only take CASH! Since the technician barely spoke english he could not explain to me why it was such a huge price difference than what I had signed up for. He just kept saying «more chemicals, this is what the company says». I was in a tough spot so I had no choice but to go with them but I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. They will rip you off!!!
