I was attending this center for some meetings in their meeting rooms but I was impressed with the venue itself. It is super huge and has a lot of good spots for different activities. Swimming, exercising, demo classes, and a kitchen area if you’re using a meeting room. I was most impressed with the lounge area right off to the side of the check-​in desk. It has a television, a video game system, ping pong, air hockey, a pool table and more.
I wish this place was closer so I could go chillax while getting fit. (—trust me you can do both haha)

nice sunny building space with community rooms, a gym, and classes for babies to seniors. fun classes and also free gym hours. facility staff is the best. they’re very friendly and super efficient. really great location next to cherry hill park, the historic farmhouse and barn, and of course the falls church farmers market.
TIP: definitely peruse the class catalog. sometimes they have free demo classes so you can try them out before signing up for full sessions.
