Skarlett and her company provided me a quote and a deep home cleaning in less than 5 days. They did an excellent job– even moved the furniture around to get to every corner of the living room, and got it all done before my in laws arrived. I will be contacting them to do another around ASAP!

I had Friend’s Home Services come this morning– I was pleased with the service and paint job– however there was some confusion on the price estimate which I originally was quoted for a 22 by 10 room crown molding only (job lasted 1.5 hours) and the estimate provided via text/​email as $ 85. Which I was fine with. But the gentleman who came charged me $ 120 for about an hour and 45 mins worth of work. He did do a good job– but being charged that per hour, was silly.

This company came to our house. First, there car broke down and they never called us to let us know. They were 1 ½ hours late. They did not have a proper vacuum cleaner or equipment. They also increase the price after they came. We felt got the bate and switch from this company.

I have worked with FRIENDS for years and know the owners. This is an excellent cleaning company. They do a great job keeping my home clean and beautiful! They are thorough, timely, open to special requests and great about adjusting the schedule to meet your unexpected needs… and they are FRIENDLY! I personally like having the same team of cleaners from week to week as it allows them to know my needs and wants and it allows me to know them and feel comfortable having them in my home. I highly recommend Skarlet and her team.

Fantastic service. Team of 3 cleaned our single family home in 2 hours — truly helped to get everything ready for our family and guests before our party. Not only were the ladies professional, they were accommodating of my request to use specific cleaning supplies, which I needed to supply due to a strong allergy to orange cleaners. They were truly fantastic. I wasn’t sure what I was getting myself into, using Craigslist as a source, but my expectations were surpassed and what I thought would be a one-​and-​done experience has me reconfiguring my monthly budget to benefit from this time saving, truly helpful experience. Highly recommend them and their manager, Skarlet, who was informative, helpful and involved. Can’t say enough nice things.

Friends Cleaning Services cleaned our 45-​person office for about a year (The only reason we ended service is because our office moved to a building that has its own cleaning service). They did a wonderful job cleaning our large office every week. Everyone in our office loved them. They were very meticulous about wiping desks, which have more bacteria than a toilet seat! They were especially helpful in cleaning our offices after we moved out. If given the chance, I’d hire Friends Cleaning again in a heartbeat.
