Arlington native Dr. Henry Herrmann opened the practice in 1989. Dr. Joseph Desio joined in 1995.

I have the greatest job in the world! With my help, patients leave our practice happier and with bigger, whiter smiles than when they walked in. I get to work with a super, smart, happy team who knows how to make each patient feel welcomed and appreciated. It’s a good life!

For my dental education, I received the following certificates:

General Practice Residency, University of Washington Hospital, 1982

I take many hours of continuing education each year in order to provide my patients with the best dental services possible. I have completed continuum courses at the Pankey Institute, advanced training in root canals, and I am also involved with an ongoing study club in occlusion. This benefits my patients by keeping me I up-​to-​date, and my enthusiasm at its peak.
