Mulch Solutions

Twice I called to have playground mulch delivered to my residence. Twice I spoke to someone about it. Twice they told me they were coming out. Twice they never showed up.
Epic Fail. Guess they don’t need any business.

If I could give this business a zero rating I would. This is perhaps the most unorganized and unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. I am not sure that those working in the office communicate with those actually performing the services. We wanted to be set up on a once a weekly lawn mowing service and they just completely dropped the ball in never showing up. more than once. When I would call they would say they would look into in and call me back… never did. I literally had to call about a dozen times in 2 weeks… all while my yard was starting to look like a jungle b/​c they were not here to mow. I even contacted the owner via email TWICE and he never responded. I would warn anyone to NOT use their services, incredible waste of my time. I would not even waste a minute contacting this unorganized company. I should have read the reviews on Unilocal,they are all the same-​HORRIBLE.

3 years ago. This company had put a living wall in front of my home and every last plant died, whatever they filled the socks was complete garbage. I’ve tried reseeding,
fertilizing and replanting; however nothing seems to take. I believe we may have to rip it out, start new. And it sucks, because it was a lot of money wasted.

I recommend never using Mulch Solutions for any services. I was told that my mulch was going to be delivered at Noon on Saturday. I took off to wait around for the mulch to be delivered. The mulch never showed up on Saturday and I called the office 4 times and left messages asking about what was going on. I never received a call back from anyone in the office.
Then when I called on Monday morning, I received the response, «Well the mulch should have been delivered?». When I told them it never came and that no one ever responded back to my calls asking about the mulch, they blamed it on the computer they were using and that it happened often… WHICH IS NOT THE CUSTOMER’S ISSUE! When I asked to speak to the supervisor to discuss what happened and the fact that something I ordered and was promised to be there, he was very unapologetic and didn’t seem to care that it happened. I was offered no discount, no apology for an office member not calling back and was very unhappy with the customer service.
Moral of the story: I RECOMMEND NEVER USING MULCH SOLUTIONS FOR ANY SERVICES!

NEVER order mulch from this company. I ordered mulch a three weeks ago from them and confirmed a delivery for this past Friday. I changed my work schedule in order to wait for the delivery. They showed up 2 hours late, only brought half of the mulch I ordered and were VERY unprofessional. I asked them if they would bring the other half of the mulch and they gave me the snide remark of «How would I know? Take it up with our office?» The worst part was, being a nice day on Friday I left my windows open to let in the fresh air, I have a child and these men were cursing like sailors! I informed them of my little one inside the house and were just rude. I will NEVER order mulch from this company again!
